Side Plank: Quick Fix for Killer Obliques
Hey there fitness enthusiasts! Are you ready to discover the secret to rock hard obliques? Well in just 10 minutes I will teach you a side plank that will help you reveal Spartan style obliques. All you need is a yoga matt and some great enthusiasm to do this exercise. Are you ready? Good! So let #39;s get ripped! 1. Start by lying on the side of your yoga matt. Have your supporting arm positioned so that your forearm is aligned with your shoulder. 2. Then make sure your feet are stacked. Once you are ready, push your hip up towards the ceiling while your supporting arm is aligned with your shoulder and your other arm resting on your hip. 3. Hold this position for 3 minutes and then, when you feel comfortable, raise your resting arm towards the ceiling. Remain in this position for another two minutes and then repeat the exercise on the opposite side for another 5 minutes. And for those of you who want a challenge... a good Spartan challenge, when you reach your resting arm up towards the ceiling raise your foot for added oblique work. Now incorporate this exercise into your routine 3 times a week and in just 10 minutes a day you will have those Spartan style obliques of your dreams.
