Penn Foster, Inc., a global leader in online education, today announced the appointment of Raymond J. McNulty as Chief Learning Officer. In this new role, Raymond will focus on the educational platform and content provided to students in all programs at Penn Foster, with focus on learning methods and academic content. McNultys appointment continues to mark the rapid growth of the online education sector, and follows Penn Fosters recent appointment of Frank Britt and Joseph Gagnon as CEO and President, as well as an office expansion in Boston.
