As requested, a video about my diet and fitness routine 🙂 To clarify, I eat about 6-8 small meals (otherwise known as 3 meals, 3-5 large snacks) each day. For 2/3 of these meals, I have been trying to eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables, sometimes mixed with grain and/or dairy.
