27-12-2011 15:18 Hi guys! I had such a wonderful time with my family and loved ones. I decided to take you along and let you know how I managed to stay on track and lose weight to show that it IS possible. I worked out and chose what I wanted to "spurge on" without going crazy and guess what? I had a BLAST! And remember that the most important part of the Holidays is family! Friday: -Ate normally (no wine, no desert) -Did a workout with my sister Saturday (Christmas Eve): -Ate normally for breakfast, lunch -Workout with my mom and sister before dinner -Ate protein and veggies at dinner -One glass of wine -One piece of desert -NO BREAD or potatoes Sunday (Christmas): -Ate regular breakfast and lunch -Interval Training (35 mins) -Ate protein and veggies (No bread, potatoes) -Piece of desert -Two glasses of wine December 26th: -Rest day - Long walk with dog -Normal breakfast, lunch and dinner -No wine -No desert December 27th -Cardio + Weight Training -Back to regular breakfast, lunch and dinner!
