Let me know what your favorite vitamins are and why 🙂 Note: It's always best to get our vitamins from foods such as veggies.. lean white meat such as fish, chicken, and organic eggs, nuts, and healthy oils but by chance you don't have enough money to keep buying organic foods.. these vitamins help out which is why I take them!
