Starting barefoot with singing, friendly introductions and luscious yoga warm-ups on the soft organic lawn, we then hit the trail to do yoga with the canyon cliffs and trees, sometimes entering caves and gently yet deeply stretching in the surrounding wilderness forests, sometimes getting to know the flowers in the meadows amidst the creek beneath old growth trees. We enjoy walking while meditating back to the lawn for final poses and meditation. Then break out our lunches for a party around the pool or beneath the cool shade of the trees that tower above the lawn. Live Classes each Saturday 11 am 1 pm. Maximum class size: 10. By donation.
