Powerflow Yoga Clifton (PFY Clifton) is located at 1288 Van Houten Ave. Were right next door to our friends at The Barrow House and just a few moments away from Montclair State University. There is free parking available in our lot out front or in the parking lot behind the restaurant next door.

Take a look at our class schedule to see when you can take class from your favorite yoga teachers. While you dont need to pre-register for your next yoga class, it is encouraged. If you cant make it, no worries. We wont charge you.

Our studios come fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your yoga class. You can rent our Jade and Manduka yoga mats for $2, and we provide our students with blocks, straps and hand towels free of charge. Our changing rooms, bathrooms and showers are available for your use, but please bring your own shower towel.

Dont miss our beautiful retail section, which is stocked with the hottest yoga clothes and accessories from your favorite brands like Spiritual Gangster, Swell, Emily Hsu, K. Deer and more.
