ABOUT OUR CLASSES BEGINNER FRIENDLY, NO HEAT

Let stress and tension melt away and connect with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Relaxation features restorative yoga,a gentle healing form of yoga that is practiced with props to provide a supportive environment for total relaxation. The class is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages particularly those with chronic pain or limitations.

Deep Stretch brings balance to an active lifestyle. Ideal for those who participate in rigorous exercise such as running, weight training, etc. or those who are looking for deep stretching without the sweat. Yin Yoga postures are held for approximately five minutes at a time, relaxing the muscle and creating a stretch of the connective tissues that form joints. Deep Stretch focuses primarily on the lower body through a variety of seated/floor postures.

Beginner Gentle Yoga follows a relaxed pace and a simple approach to yoga. This class is ideal for those who want a slower paced, less strenuous class. Enjoy a few standing and balancing poses followed by extended floor stretches and a guided relaxation.

Ideal for those newer to yoga or looking for a moderately paced class. Flow & Stretch Yoga begins with simple standing poses that strengthen the muscles, then moves to floor work providing a deep satisfactory stretch.

The class vinyasa flow class features a mixture of strengthening standing and balancing poses, basic backbends and seated floor work. Flow Yoga is an all-levels moderately paced class.

This morning yoga class is the perfect way to start your day! Light stretching leads to an energy building Flow Yoga practice appropriate for all levels. (No Heat)

Power Yoga provides an aerobic, challenging class with options to go physically deeper into poses. This class emphasizes playfulness and a positive outlook when faced with challenging poses. Find your inner strength while working up a sweat.

Hot Flow Fundamentals is designed specifically for those who are new to Hot Yoga. Learn how to practice classic yoga poses in a 100F heated room using proper alignment and breathing techniques. A great class for all levels.

Hot Yoga gets you moving and sweating through an invigorating flow of movement linked with the breath. Combining upper body strength, flexibility and moderate cardio, this class is designed to energize the body.

Ages 12+ allowed only in Non-Heated classes with purchase of a regular class pass and with attendance of parent/guardian.

Ages 16+ allowed in Heated and Non-Heated classes with purchase of a regular class pass with attendance of parent/guardian.

Designedforwomeninanystageofpregnancy,thisgentleyogaclassisappropriateforthosewithlittleto no experience practicing yoga as you will be guided through simple stretches, stress reducing exercises and relaxation techniques. Connect with other women in the area as you begin your journey into motherhood.
