Protein bars are growing increasingly popular. The protein bar market is supposed to reach $1.8 billion by 2024. Protein bar sales correlate closely with the popularity of fitness studios and gyms. Research has shown that vegan protein bars are becoming increasingly available. You can also easily make vegan protein bars at home!

Protein bars are great choices for snacks, meal replacements, or for pre-workout prep. Some protein bars include whey or dairy, but vegan ones are available in the market.
