Actions speak louder than words! How are you going to say that you are against violence and talk about, respect, compassion, equality, peace but then go ahead and consume violence and death! If you don't like senseless violence in this world, then do not practice it three times a day while eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. Talking about how we need to change the world is too easy, especially when you're not even willing to change what you eat for breakfast!

Animal Agriculture is the leading cause of global warming, deforestation, most freshwater usage, droughts, world hunger, species extinction, ocean dead zones, water pollution and habitat destruction! If you could extend life, prevent illness, reduce pollution, conserve resources, save money, save animals, save the environment, be happy and healthy, all in one simple step, then why not take it?

Good people don't just talk about kindness. They practice it. They don't pray about love. They actually give it. You want to be part of the solution and take responsibility for what you are doing? Well, you can do more than just talk. If you want the world to get better, don't just talk about the change; be the change. Be vegan.
