This is a video from a spontaneous late-night yoga flow. I was really not too sure what I was going to do but I knew it was going to be mainly a floor/grounded practice. I have been a bit slack over the last year so it was perhaps not quite as fluid as some of my practices in the past, but it reminded me of how much fun this type of flow can be so I hope to do this sort of thing more regularly and really get back on the horse.
