"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

"Over the years that I have been associated with Takara, I have marveled at her abilities to access energetics that reactivate the harmonics of love, trust, truth and balance within the lives of all those that are guided to be in her presence. She tenaciously supports and honors the upliftment of the human experience and constantly accesses spiritual wisdom that allows for the balancing of mind, body and spirit. Her joyful presence is a blessing to all. She continually strives to perfect and share her healing techniques and abilities. She holds a place of certainty that life can and will be lived through "ease and grace" as each of us steps into our full potential and truth." - Millie Stefani, Spiritual Advisor, Color Sound Healer, Co-Founder of Forchianna
I know that sounds truly absurd.
And if you had said that to me 20 years ago, I would have thought you were completely nuts. But I didn't know then what I know now. I had not yet experienced the level of personal growth and energy healing that I have now experienced and share with others.
My name is Takara and I am a much happier and more fulfilled person than I used to be.
Most of the positive changes in my life happened because of my relationship with my true (or higher) self and The Divine Presence (God) made possible through this crazy connection I have with dolphins.
For a long time I was pretty unhappy.
From outward appearances I had all the things most people think they want out of life - a great career, more than enough cash, typically a great guy, wonderful friends, Lear jets, limo rides in Manhattan, travel to exotic places, and more. Deep down I wasn't happy and I was hiding that fact even from myself.
But just like most people, when you truly aren't happy, eventually your soul finds a way to show that to you.
I affectionately call that profound moment the "metaphysical 2 x 4 up side the head."
It involves a great loss, or death, of something you hold dear - a relationship, a job, your health, or a loved one. And once you have experienced this loss, you can no longer go on pretending that your life is working.
It is these magical moments that offer the greatest opportunity for profound change.
So when the opportunity knocked, I grabbed onto it for dear life. I did things, tried things, and learned things that I had never even considered previously. And I took up a quest to become my highest potential - whole, happy, and free.
I was after the Holy Grail of my own magnificence.
The tales of my personal and spiritual unfolding seem practically endless. Many of my spiritual adventures are available in my articles and the various books I have written.
In my quest for personal and spiritual growth and magnificence, I've done native american sweat lodge, firewalk, mantra meditations, guided journeys, and vision quest. I read piles of books, attended many workshops and seminars, experienced hands on energy healing and other private sessions, and a whole host of other things I felt intuitively guided to pursue. Some were easy. Others were definitely not.
Finally one day while I was doing a guided meditation, dolphins just spontaneously showed up in my mind's eye. I giggled and cried and finally felt like I had truly found "home" and "my true path."
It is a path of joy and laughter.
And it involves being completely enveloped in a loving, healing energy.
That dolphin connection to the Divine has opened up for me some amazing things. And now my job is to share with you what I have learned and experienced - so that you too can have direct access to higher wisdom, insight, healing, Oneness and joy.
"Your BOOK IS FABULOUS! Blessings for sharing with us your beautiful connecting Dolphin Spiral. I noticed an immediate connection to my Dolphins, I am closely connected and this heightened my awareness." - Kennette
(Get your free copy of the eBook Kennette is referring to when you get the Magnificent U Starter Kit.)
Your information is safe with us. Our List is NEVER shared or sold!
Through my free ebooks, articles and newsletters, I offer insight and an introduction to a new way of thinking and a glimpse into the energetics that I make available.
My email in-box is often flooded with messages from people thrilled to have found one of my websites and to experience my words. (Read over 100 Testimonials about my work here).
Dancing Dolphin Essences, my books, workshops, and the long distance energy healing sessions I offer immerse you more fully into the depth, breadth, and expansiveness of wisdom, healing, and consciousness I am making available to you.
Joy: The Experience takes it all to an entirely new level.
Spirituality, Oneness, the Divine, and Enlightenment are things that you experience, not some logical mental process.
You can read a million books, attend workshop after workshop, and spend hours contemplating the meaning of life. But until you experience being enveloped in love, feeling the Divine, and at one with the Universe and all things, you do not truly "know" those things.
My presence and the divine healing energies I work with offer a doorway to those experiences that is a lot easier than thinking you are going to pass out from the heat in a sweat lodge, less painful than your hands becoming completely rigid in a rebirthing session, and not nearly as scary or intimidating as doing a firewalk or riding a horse bareback and blindfolded.
Those were all interesting and invigorating when I did them, but I don't find myself drawn to repeat those experiences again.
As I love to say . . .

Performance management – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Posted: at 6:45 am
Performance management (PM) includes activities which ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. Performance management can focus on the performance of an organization, a department, employee, or even the processes to build a product or service, as well as many[quantify] other areas.
PM is also known[by whom?] as a process by which organizations align their resources, systems and employees to strategic objectives and priorities.
This is used most often in the workplace, can apply wherever people interact schools, churches, community meetings, sports teams, health setting, governmental agencies, social events, and even political settings - anywhere in the world people interact with their environments to produce desired effects. Armstrong and Baron (1998) defined it as a strategic and integrated approach to increase the effectiveness of companies by improving the performance of the people who work in them and by developing the capabilities of teams and individual contributors.
It may be possible to get all employees to reconcile personal goals with organizational goals and increase productivity and profitability of an organization using this process.[1] It can be applied by organizations or a single department or section inside an organization, as well as an individual person. The performance process is appropriately named the self-propelled performance process (SPPP).[citation needed]
First, a commitment analysis must be done where a job mission statement is drawn up for each job. The job mission statement is a job definition in terms of purpose, customers, product and scope. The aim with this analysis is to determine the continuous key objectives and performance standards for each job position.
Following the commitment analysis is the work analysis of a particular job in terms of the reporting structure and job description. If a job description is not available, then a systems analysis can be done to draw up a job description. The aim with this analysis is to determine the continuous critical objectives and performance standards for each job.
Werner Erhard, Michael C. Jensen, and their colleagues have developed a new approach to improving performance in organizations. Their model stresses how the constraints imposed by ones own worldview can impede cognitive abilities that would otherwise be available. Their work delves into the source of performance, which is not accessible by mere linear cause-and-effect analysis. They assert that the level of performance that people achieve correlates with how work situations occur to them and that language (including what is said and unsaid in conversations) plays a major role in how situations occur to the performer. They assert that substantial gains in performance are more likely to be achieved by management understanding how employees perceive the world and then encouraging and implementing changes that make sense to employees' worldview. [2]
Managing employee or system performance and aligning their objectives facilitates the effective delivery of strategic and operational goals. Some proponents argue that there is a clear and immediate correlation between using performance management programs or software and improved business and organizational results.[citation needed] In the public sector, the effects of performance management systems have differed from positive to negative, suggesting that differences in the characteristics of performance management systems and the contexts into which they are implemented play an important role to the success or failure of performance management.[3][4]
For employee performance management, using integrated software, rather than a spreadsheet based recording system, may deliver a significant return on investment through a range of direct and indirect sales benefits, operational efficiency benefits and by unlocking the latent potential in every employees work day (i.e. the time they spend not actually doing their job). Benefits may include:
In organizational development (OD), performance can be thought of as Actual Results vs Desired Results. Any discrepancy, where Actual is less than Desired, could constitute the performance improvement zone. Performance management and improvement can be thought of as a cycle:
A performance problem is any gap between Desired Results and Actual Results. Performance improvement is any effort targeted at closing the gap between Actual Results and Desired Results.
Other organizational development definitions are slightly different. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) indicates that Performance Management consists of a system or process whereby:
Many people equate performance management with performance appraisal. This is a common misconception. Performance management is the term used to refer to activities, tools, processes, and programs that companies create or apply to manage the performance of individual employees, teams, departments, and other organizational units within their organizational influence. In contrast, performance appraisal refers to the act of appraising or evaluating performance during a given performance period to determine how well an employee, a vendor or an organizational unit has performed relative to agreed objectives or goals, and this is only one of many important activities within the overall concept of performance management.
At the workplace, performance management is implemented by employees with supervisory roles. Normally, the goal of managing performance is to allow individual employees to find out how well they had performed relative to performance targets or key performance indicators during a specific performance period from their supervisors and managers.
Organizations and companies typically manage employee performance over a formal 12-month period (otherwise known as the formal company performance period).

If you are interested in Voice Dialogue training and Self Awareness groups in Queensland Australia you can check out the latest news on
This site.
I also have other passionate interests that all have to do with personal growth and inner child work. Some of these are connected to but not directly related to Voice Dialogue. So my articles about those topics wont appear on this web site.

Whats this about an inner village?
NOTE: Because this is my Voice Dialogue site, in most cases on this website you will notice I stick to well recognised voice dialogue terms to describe the inner selves, and explain how they protect us. I do however try to make my explanations easier to visualise by telling stories or fables to create a clearer picture in your mind.
Some abstract voice dialogue descriptions are a bit difficult to visualise, for example the primary inner selves that make up the operating ego. In my own world what goes on in my operating ego is so much like an old fashioned village that I have got used to describing my operating ego as my inner village and in these pages I often use that term. I hope it might help you also to visualise what is going on for you in your operating ego.
An interesting aspect to this is that when I dialogue with other peoples inner selves and I ask them about life in your inner village they often respond in a way that suggests they, as inner selves feel very comfortable talking about their daily work load and their responsibilities as if it was taking place in a familiar old and rather tradition bound village.
I imagine this is because most inner selves cant quite get their busy minds around abstract psychological descriptions. What I have discovered is that the more I talk with them as members of an inner village the more this seems to help them develop their sense of character, and their ability to talk about their work more freely, which is one of the basic aims of voice dialogue. I have yet to talk with an inner self that tells me Correction, I live and work in an operating ego not a village!
Other peoples selves that I have dialogued with, live and work in an inner garden, an inner family, an inner tribe, an inner orchestra, an inner shop; an inner bus, on an inner ship, a train, an inner plane, an inner congregation. If visualising things this way helps people understand voice dialogue then I support the idea of letting your inner selves (as I allow mine to do) live wherever they want to, including an operating ego if that is their preference.
The best way as with all aspects of voice dialogue is to discuss this question with a few inner selves and ask them to tell you how they best like to describe the place where they live and work.
What are WING and SAGE selves?
On this website I often use the terms self aware and grown-up WING or SAGE to describe the parts of us, the rather different kind of inner selves that we are all seeking to develop, our Aware Grown Up system.
I do not suggest that this is the same as the "Aware Ego" as Hal and Sidra Stone describe it, however the "WING and SAGE parts of us reflects many of the characteristics of what Hal and Sidra describe as the "Awareness Self". In most people I work with the WING and SAGE selves are identified by their more balanced energy and their desire to integrate the and work as balanced pairs instead of the previously unbalanced way that is typical of polarised opposite inner selves.
As I see it, identifying and dialoguing with the WING and SAGE selves quickly gives us a way of consciously connecting with our sense of self empowerment, and self-awareness. As we dialogue with them, talking with those selves, identifying them and addressing them as the self aware grown-up system helps us:
* provide that person (and her or his inner child) with clear evidence that there is a stronger more self aware system now working within them
* identify what tasks the self aware grown-up selves are ready to take over from the older more polarised weve always done it that way selves
* create a stronger sense that this stronger part of us is already up and running and available right now to start protecting our inner child and reducing our underlying vulnerability.
There is bit of a problem with the term ego in Australia because down here it has so many different connotations and different meanings for individual people (most of them negative). For this reason I dont often make a direct reference to the aware ego by that name.
Some people have suggested thats also because I still havent developed much of an aware ego of my own.
I will leave it to you to make that judgement for yourself.

Click on Emotional Age and Your Inner Selves
The more I work with Voice Dialogue and the Inner Selves the more I come to appreciate the significance of the emotional age of each individual inner self.
This new approach is, I believe, one of the most significant that I have worked on in recent years. It provides a visual way of looking at our Inner selves and what inner selves do, how effective they are when they do those things and the links with their changing emotional ages.
Free Inner Self Profile Sheets and a free book - For many years I have been using different kinds of Inner Self profile sheets that help keep a visual record of your inner selves as you meet and talk with them.
There are different places for different kinds of selves on the profile sheet according to their different energies, emotional ages or the different ways they do things to protect you.
If you would like a copy of the latest version of my Profile sheets it is now part of a free book that explains how to use the profile.

Continue putting up with one another and forgiving one another freely ... Even as Jehovah freely forgave you, so do you also.Col. 3:13.
Of course, it is not always easy to forgive. Even some anointed Christians in the first century apparently found it challenging to settle their differences. (Phil. 4:2) If we have been hurt by a fellow believer, what can help us? Consider Job. He was deeply hurt when his friendsEliphaz, Bildad, and Zopharhurled baseless accusations at him. (Job 10:1; 19:2) In the end, Jehovah reproved those false accusers. God directed them to go to Job and present an offering for their sins. (Job 42:7-9) But Jehovah also required that Job do something. What was it? Jehovah directed Job to pray in behalf of his former accusers. Job did as Jehovah asked, and Jehovah blessed him for his forgiving spirit. (Job 42:10, 12, 16,17) The lesson for us? A sincere prayer in behalf of someone who has offended us may help us to let go of resentment. w13 6/15 3:16, 17
Neither let us practice fornication, as some of them committed fornication, only to fall.1Cor. 10:8.
As servants of Jehovah, we certainly do not search for tempting situations that could lead to immoral sexual behavior. Instead, we pray that Jehovah God will not permit us to succumb when someone tempts us to disobey Him. (Matt. 6:13) But Satan constantly tries to undermine our spirituality as we strive to maintain our integrity in this depraved world. (Eph. 6:12) As the god of this wicked system of things, the Devil knows how to exploit our imperfect desires by putting in our path temptations common to imperfect humans. (1Cor. 10:13) For instance, imagine being in a situation that offered an opportunity to satisfy a particular desire in an immoral way. What choice would you make? How crucial it is to prepare our heart nowwell before we find ourselves in situations that test our integrity!Ps. 78:8. w13 5/15 5:12, 13
I am sending forth to you prophets and wise men and public instructors.Matt. 23:34.
Jesus was speaking about his disciples, whom he taught to use the Scriptures in their ministry. At Pentecost 33C.E., one of these public instructors, the apostle Peter, gave a talk to a large crowd in Jerusalem in which he quoted several passages from the Hebrew Scriptures. On hearing Peters application of these words, many listeners were stabbed to the heart. They repented over their past sins. About three thousand of them sought Gods forgiveness and became Christians. (Acts 2:37-41) The apostle Paul spoke to those worshipping in a synagogue in Thessalonica. For three Sabbaths, Paul reasoned with them from the Scriptures, explaining and proving by references that it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead. The result? Some of them [Jews] became believers, as did a great multitude of the Greeks.Acts 17:1-4. w13 4/15 2:3, 4
