‘The Voice’ Coaches Sang Gwen Stefani’s "Don’t Speak"And It’s Giving Us Life – Prevention.com

The Voice is back! Season 17 of the NBC music competition premiered this week, and fans are already swooning over Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's romance.
Of course, episode one was already filled with drama, like Stefani blocking Shelton from adding contestant Kyndal Inskeep to his team. But there were no hard feelings, as Shelton joined fellow coaches Kelly Clarkson and John Legend in welcoming Stefani back to The Voice with a fun rendition of her former band's 1995 hit "Don't Speak."
On Wednesday, Legend kicked off his Trailer Talk series, which offers behind-the-scenes footage of the coaches as they discuss the competition, performances that didn't make it on-air, and even a bit about their personal lives.
Legend shared his latest Trailer Talk to Instagram, which shows the A-list group singing "Don't Speak" together as Legend plays the piano. "With #TheVoice back in action, so is season 2 of #TrailerTalk! Tonight I have my fellow coaches @blakeshelton, @kellyclarkson, and @gwenstefani! Last season #TrailerTalk broke big news about @Hootieofficial, and this time Blake asks Gwen a very important question..." Legend captioned his post. Stefani also shared a clip of the talk to her Instagram, and it's just so good.
Before the group got to singing, Legend asked Stefani and Shelton some hard-hitting questions about their love life as the couple's four-year anniversary approaches in November. The lovebirds actually met on set of The Voice when Stefani joined the show as a coach in the fall of 2015. A lot of fans have been curious about wedding bells, so Legend just had to ask.
A lot of rumors have been swirling around about you and Blake. Ive been told that you guys are getting married, Legend said. Have you popped the question Blake?
Shelton and Stefani were shook but played it off with a laugh. Shelton even knelt down and pretended to propose right there, which would have been epic. But he stood up to let everyone know that he was just messing around. Don't play with our hearts like that, Blake!
Stefani, who first joined the show in 2015, replaced Adam Levine and is once again coaching alongside her boyfriend. "I thought it was gonna be [extra] this time because I feel like were so far into the relationship and itd been such a long time since Id been on the show and I didnt know how we would be just us and competing, the Stefani told Andy Cohen in a recent interview on his radio show.
"Hes so good at the show," Stefani told Cohen. "Blake is literally a unicorn. Anywhere he goes, people are just attracted to him. Hes such an incredible talent." In episode one, she was caught mouthing "I love you" to Shelton, so we're predicting more cute on-screen moments ahead. Maybe there will even be a proposal at the end of this...!

How to Actually Follow Through on the Relationship Advice You Get – The New York Times
Posted: at 5:42 pm
He argues that the key to happiness is to not care about most things, and choosing a few specific, values-based things to actually care about. Its an approach the Hollises agree with. We think the most important foundation for a couple is establishing your relationship values, they said. Essentially, deciding which things matter most to you together so you know where to put your time and your effort.
The thing about forming new habits is that the behaviors themselves often arent intrinsically motivating. But if we can connect to the underlying values behind those actions, that can be much more powerful. Youre not just making an effort to give your partner more compliments or do the dishes without being asked; youre working on becoming a specific kind of partner, like a sensitive, kind or trustworthy partner.
To identify the values in your relationship, try having a conversation with your partner about the following questions:
What do you think defines a great relationship?
What qualities in a relationship are most important to you?
What would you like more of in our relationship?
The reason I know my husband loves cuddling so much is because I asked him, What are the top three ways that you like to be shown love?
After 12 years together, I think I know the guy pretty well, but I still like asking him those kinds of questions. For me, the concept of curiosity keeps me on my toes and prevents me from settling into complacency. It means there is always something new that I can learn about him. If youre having trouble identifying core values in your relationship, or you want to start a bit smaller, the top three question is a great one to begin with.
Instead of trying to overhaul your relationship in one fell swoop, try to pick one specific starting place for improvements. The Hollises said that laughter is one of their core values. They told me, It may sound cheesy but we are best friends first and laughing together is what made us friends in the first place. From there, they brainstormed ways to bring more laughter into their lives. Can we watch a comedy special, can we play a game, can we go on a road trip, do something weve never done before, add a date night on the calendar, plan a trip? There are all sorts of roads that will get you to your goal but you only see the available paths when youre looking for them.
Once you have a list of possibilities, pick one to start with. Barrie Davenport, author of Mindful Relationship Habits, said in an email: Its impossible to successfully make several changes at a time because were rewiring our brains to accommodate new behaviors. Just one new behavior can feel overwhelming until we groove new neural pathways to make the behavior automatic.
Having trouble picking your starting place? In his book The All-or-Nothing Marriage, Mr. Finkel outlines eight love hacks that are effective at bringing couples closer together. Mr. Finkel recommends picking a specific love hack with your partner, then creating a concrete game plan for putting it to work. I asked Mr. Finkel to share a few of his favorites, and he outlined three:
1. Reappraise conflict: The basic idea behind this is to think about conflict from the perspective of a neutral third party who wants the best for everybody. In other words, if a therapist was in the room with you, what might they say when you and your partner are arguing?

Aron Eisenberg Dead: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know – Heavy.com
Posted: at 5:42 pm
GettyAron Eisenberg at the fifth annual official Star Trek convention at the Las Vegas Hilton August 18, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Aron Eisenberg, the actor best known for portraying Nog on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, has died at age 50, his widow announced on Facebook.
Eisenbergs cause of death is not yet known. Eisenberg had suffered from medical issues since he was a child, having been born with only one kidney. He had his second kidney transplant nearly four years ago.
Eisenberg and his widow eloped late last year and were planning on having a big wedding to celebrate the occasion.
There will never be another light like Arons, Longo said. The beauty that he was and the legacy he leaves behind is beyond words. I love him dearly and will miss him eternally.
Heres everything you need to know about Eisenberg:
Eisenbergs widow, Malissa Longo, confirmed that he was dead on September 21, 2019.
Eisenberg was sent to the hospital in critical condition earlier the day he died, Longo said.
He was an intelligent, humble, funny, empathetic soul, Longo said. He sought to live his life with integrity and truth.
Eisenberg has 26 acting credits to his name, according to his IMDB page. This includes appearances in Star Trek TV shows and video games like Star Trek: Renegades, Star Trek Online, Star Trek: Voyager and of course Star Trek: Deep Space Nine where he had arguably his most beloved role as Nog.
Nog, not wanting to emulate the wasted potential of his father, was determined to join Starfleet. Not only did he become the first Ferengi to join Starfleet, but he even reached the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade, according to Gizmodo.
Nog was a fantastic character, and Eisenberg imbued him with a distinct and powerful sense of life, wrote Julie Muncy of Gizmodo.
Eisenberg was nominated for Best Guest Actor in a Syndicated Series in the Online Film & Television Association Television Awards for his work on Deep Space Nine. The award went to Wallace Shawn, who portrayed the leader of the Ferengi, Grand Nagus Zek, on Deep Space Nine.
According to the official Star Trek website, the producers for Deep Space Nine didnt tell Eisenberg anything about the character including how many episodes he would be called to do.
I thought every episode I was doing might be my last episode, he said in a 2012 interview with the website.
He went on to appear in over 40 episodes of Deep Space Nine.
It took about an hour and a half to put on the makeup for Nog, Eisenberg told Red Carpet News TV.
He told Red Carpet News TV that the story arc for Nog paralleled his own life pursuing acting as a career.
To have a character like Nog who steps out of the norm of what his family was or what his heritage is, what his race does, and say I want to do this and then went for it and failed many times I think Nog was one of the most human characters because of that, Eisenberg told the publication. Because he would fall and pick himself up and try again.
Early in his career, he appeared in the TV series Straight Up, the TV movie Amityville: The Evil Escapes as well as the films The Horror Show, Playroom and Beverly Hills Brats, according to the Star Trek website.
He along with fellow Star Trek Veterans Cirroc Lofton and Ryan T. Husk hosted a podcast called The 7th Rule.
According to his Facebook page, he studied theatre at Moorpark College in Moorpark, California.
He was also a professional photographer under his company, Aron Scott Photography, according to the Star Trek website.
He also coached his sons soccer team. Coaching soccer was one of his passions, according to Longo.
Eisenberg was born with only one kidney, according to the official Star Trek website. The kidney failed and he went on dialysis at age 14 and had his first transplant at 17 from a cadaver.
He underwent a second kidney transplant on December 29, 2015. Longo set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise $10,000 for the surgery and they made $13,995 from 330 donors. Longo said that any money left over from the campaign will be given to charities that help support organ donation and other needs for donors and recipients.
Longo said that Aron was cracking jokes all the way up to his surgery. Within a day of the surgery, the kidney had already started to function.
For his second transplant, he spent four months on the waiting list before matching with a friend named Beth Bernstein, who saw his Facebook post about the need for a new kidney and offered to donate one of hers, according to the Star Trek website.
She is just so incredibly selfless to give to me like this that words cannot express my gratitude to her, said Eisenberg in a 2015 interview with the website.
She is giving us the best gift we could ever receive, said Longo at the time. There is no way we could repay her enough for her amazingly generous donation.
One of the nurses told Longo that in all of his years working at the hospital, this was the first time he had seen a donor and a recipient placed in rooms side by side.
On the campaign page, Longo shared that Eisenberg was adopted.
Arons mom has often told me that adopting Aron was the best thing she has ever done, Longo said. I can absolutely understand why. He is a charismatic, precocious, individual, with so much love to give. He always wants to see the best in people even if they have harmed him in some way.
Longo said that she and Eisenberg eloped on December 28, 2018.
They were planning to have a big wedding, but they delayed it to save up on money.
According to the Star Trek website, Longo and Eisenberg were engaged on November 26, 2016 and dated for three years prior.
He made me (and still makes me) want to be the best human I can possibly be, because he always strove to be the best human he could be, Longo said. His resilience and willingness to learn was and is an inspiration.
Longo is an actress in her own right, starring in Valor Infinity: The Evander Chronicles and appearing in other TV shows. Both she and Eisenberg appeared in the show Renegades.
Fans of Eisenbergs work have taken to Twitter to mourn his death. Among those grieving are the official Twitter accounts for Star Trek news website TrekCore.com, The 7th Rule, Star Trek Online, and What We Left Behind, a feature documentary on Deep Space Nine.
Players of Star Trek Online hosted a torchlight vigil at the in-game Quarks Bar the day after Eisenbergs death, as reported by PC Gamer.
Eisenbergs son is hosting a memorial for his father in World of Warcraft on September 29 at 7-8 p.m. PST. His son said that the two played the game together for the past 15 years and Eisenberg ran his own guild.
I even recently got a tattoo from the game on my arm because those times made me so happy to spend with him growing up, his son said.
Eisenbergs son posted the announcement on the Star Trek Subreddit. The moderators of the Subreddit verified that it was him posting the announcement.
The memorial will be hosted on the server Area 52 in World of Warcraft (not World of Warcraft Classic). Eisenbergs son said that Longo would be joining the memorial. Hes also trying to get in touch with Eisenbergs coworkers from the shows he appeared in as well as his podcast since they all used to play the game together.
Correction: This post was updated to state that Eisenberg had his own podcast, not a TV show.

Automation and Utopia is Now Available! – Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies
Posted: at 5:41 pm
Armed with an astonishing breadth of knowledge, John Danaher engages with pressing public policy issues in order to lay out a fearless exposition of the radical opportunities that technology will soon enable. With the precision of analytical philosophy and accessible, confident prose, Automation and Utopia demonstrates yet again why Danaher is one of our most important pathfinders to a flourishing future. - James Hughes, Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies
After 10 years, over 1000 blog posts, 50+ academic papers, and 60+ podcasts, I have finally published my first solo-authored book Automation and Utopia: Human Flourishing in a World Without Work (Harvard University Press 2019). Im excited to finally share it with you all.
The book tries to present a rigorous case for techno-utopianism and a post-work future. I wrote it partly as a result of my own frustration with techno-futurist non-fiction. I like books that present provocative ideas about the future, but I often feel underwhelmed by the strength of the arguments they use to support these ideas. I dont know if you are like me, but if you are then you dont just want to be told what someone thinks about the future; you want to be shown why (and how) they think about the future and be able to critically assess their reasoning. If I got it right, then Automation and Utopia will allow you to do this. You may not agree with what I have to say in the end, but you should at least be able to figure out where I have gone wrong. The book defends four propositions:
Proposition 1 - The automation of work is both possible and desirable: work is bad for most people most of the time, in ways that they dont always appreciate. We should do what we can to hasten the obsolescence of humans in the arena of work.
Proposition 2 - The automation of life more generally poses a threat to human well-being, meaning, and flourishing: automating technologies undermine human achievement, distract us, manipulate us and make the world more opaque. We need to carefully manage our relationship with technology to limit those threats.
Proposition 3 - One way to mitigate this threat would be to build a Cyborg Utopia, but its not clear how practical or utopian this would really be: integrating ourselves with technology, so that we become cyborgs, might regress the march toward human obsolescence outside of work but will also carry practical and ethical risks that make it less desirable than it first appears.
Proposition 4 - Another way to mitigate this threat would be to build a Virtual Utopia: instead of integrating ourselves with machines in an effort to maintain our relevance in the real world, we could retreat to virtual worlds that are created and sustained by the technological infrastructure that we have built. At first glance, this seems tantamount to giving up, but there are compelling philosophical and practical reasons for favouring this approach.
If you have ever enjoyed anything Ive written, and if you have any interest in technology, the future of work, human flourishing, utopianism, virtual reality, cyborgs, transhumanism, autonomy, anti-work philosophy, economics, philosophy, techno-optimism and, indeed, techno-pessimism, please consider getting a copy.

New Delhi: Maintaining a healthy weight is imperative for overall health, and can help you prevent and control a multitude of diseases. If you are obese or overweight, you are at maximum risk of developing serious health problems, including, hypertension, heart disease, respiratory problems, gallstones, type 2 diabetes mellitus and certain kind of cancers. Ensuring that you maintain ideal body weight is an important factor when it comes to your heart. Thetheme for this years World Heart Day, My Heart, Your Heart, represents a promise to oneself, our family and the community to take steps in reducing the risk of heart diseases. As we inch closer to the day, lets make better lifestyle decisions to bring down this risk. But before we tell you what can be done to maintain a healthy weight, let us understand a few things, including cardiovascular disease (CVD) burden in our country and how obesity is linked to heart health.
According to reports, being 20% over your ideal weight significantly increases your risk for developing heart disease, especially if you have a lot of abdominal fat or belly fat. The American Heart Association states that even if there are no related health conditions, obesity itself increases risk of heart disease by multifold. There are several factors that can contribute to a persons weight such as family history, genetics, environment, metabolism, habits and behaviour. While we cannot alter certain risk factors for heart disease, we can certainly take control of our lifestyle habits.
According to The Lancet study, prevalent cases of cardiovascular diseases increased in India from 25.7 million in 1990 to 54.5 million in 2016. Prevalence of cardiovascular diseases in 2016 was highest in Kerala, Punjab, and Tamil Nadu, followed by Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, and West Bengal.
This theme for this years World Heart Day, My Heart, Your Heart, represents a promise to oneself, our family and the community to take steps in reducing the risk of heart diseases. As we inch closer to the day, lets make better lifestyle decisions to bring down this risk. But before we tell you what can be done to maintain a healthy weight, let us understand how obesity is linked to heart health.
Being overweight is nothing but an excess of body weight from muscle, fat and bone. Therefore, it is important to evaluate/measure obesity via regular Body Mass Index (BMI) check-ups. An obese individuals cardiac requirements are higher, it is required to pump larger amounts of blood. Over a period of time, in some individuals, the heart cannot compensate, and eventually, it begins to lose some of its ability to pump blood to the rest of the body. And when over overstressed, it can lead to heart failure.
It is hard to maintain preferred bodyweight regardless of where you are in your weight loss journey. However, you may know that consuming certain types of food can spike your heart disease risks. Whether you have years of unhealthy eating under your belt or you simply wanted to fine-tune your diet, all you must know is - what foods to eat, with what frequency and which foods to restrict.
Another important aspect is that exercising isan important driver of physical fitness and weight loss. Exercising should never be an option. An ideal combination of diet and exercise regimen is important, once this is in place, youll be on your way towards leading a heart-healthy life. Six heart-healthy tips to consider are as follows:
Control your portion size: How much you eat is just as significant as what you eat. Putting extra on your plate and eating till the time you are stuffed can lead to overconsumption of calories. Use a small bowl or plate to help control your portions. Eat larger portions of low-calorie, nutrient-rich foods, such as vegetables & fruits, and smaller portions of high-calorie, high-sodium foods, such as refined, fast foods/ processed. This trick can shape up your diet as well as your waistline.
Cut sodium in your food: Excess Sodium intake can contribute to high blood pressure, a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Reducing salt consumption is a vital part of a heart-healthy diet. Salt that comes from processed foods or canned products, for instance - frozen dinner soups and baked goods, is especially harmful. Consumption of fresh foods and making your own soups and stews can lessen the amount of salt you consume.
Choose low-fat protein sources: Fish, lean meat, poultry, low-fat dairy products and eggs are a few great sources of protein. One must be careful while choosing low-fat options, like choosing skimmed milk rather than whole milk, and skinless chicken breasts instead of fried chicken patties. Peas, beans and lentils also are good sources of protein - they consist of less fat and no cholesterol making them good substitutes for meat. Substituting plant-based protein for animal protein, for example, replacing hamburger with a soybean burger will reduce your fat and cholesterol intake and increase your fibre intake.
Limit unhealthy fats and sugar: Controlling how much saturated and trans-fats you consume is an essential step to moderate your blood cholesterol level and lower your threat of coronary artery disease. Increased blood cholesterol level can result in a build-up of plaque in your arteries that are known as atherosclerosis, which can significantly increase your risk of stroke and heart attack.
Also, it is a proven fact that junk food has large amounts of sodium, artificial food colourants, hidden calories, etc. They may be delectable in taste, but they lead to weight gain. Consumption of unmodulated amounts of junk, over a period of time, results in heart diseases, blindness, kidney disease, foot gangrene, etc. This occurs due to hardening and development of blockages of the blood vessels pumping blood in and out of the various organ in our body.
Exercises to shed bodyweight: In order to shed access fat, it is imperative that one must exercise to get the body into a calorie deficit. Therefore, one must attempt to burn more fat/calories instead of eating calorie-dense meals each day. One of the most effective exercises is weight training combined with a cardiovascular exercise such as cycling, jogging, swimming, dancing & skipping - they are all active methods of cardio. Doing these for a couple of days in a week will certainly help you to get closer to your weight loss goals. The entire motive should be to at least put the heart rate up for about 30-60 minutes daily.
Bariatric surgery: Obesity is a harsh reality of this century, coupled with type 2 diabetes mellitus, it is the most severe life-threatening and costly epidemic. Non-surgical approaches have a few limited possibilities. When all non-surgical options have been exhausted, talking to your physician about metabolic surgery/bariatric surgery would be a good idea. This remains the sole hope for a healthier future of those who are obese and striving to maintain a healthy heart but have exhausted all corrective actions.

I dont. I dont like what coffee does to my digestive system. I also dont like anything hot, though its not like I switched to iced coffee or anything like that. If I ever felt I wanted caffeine, I would drink Coca-Cola. I used to do that on this shift when I was in my 30s and 40s and my metabolism was better.
Whyd you stop?
I tried to get smarter about it. Around the time that Mike Bloomberg tried to put in the soda tax, I did roughly 1,700 stories on how bad sugary beverages are, all while Ive got a Coke on the side of the set. I started to rethink things. It had always been a reflexive action throughout my morning: On this commercial break, Im going to walk over to the vending machine and have a Coke. It proved to be unnecessary.
Whats the next meal after the Shreddies?
I used to make lunch at home around 11:00 A.M., but the show got more complicated, so my days start earlier and go later now. Theres one place downstairs, the Hale and Hearty, that will serve their lunch menu the minute they open at 10:00 A.M. You can line up there and see most of the morning crew ready to eat.
And then you head home for a nap? When is that, exactly?
1 P.M. to 3 P.M. is the ideal nap for me.
When you wake up from that, are you more or less on the same schedule as the rest of us?
Yeah. I like to have a 6:30 dinner. I have to be conscious of the fact that dinners can go late. Almost always when somebody says, Hey, can you do dinner on Wednesday? I say, I can, but can it be 6:30 to 8:30, instead of 8:00 to 10:00?
I used to adamantly say that a meal is not a meal unless there is a meat component to it. Thats still most nights, but now there are nights when theres something plant-based. And I love dessert, anything based in chocolate. I dont have to eat a whole dessert, but I like a sweet finish to my meal, and the sugar keeps me awake more than it used to.
Do you have time for exercise?
Ive gotten to be much better behaved on that front. My wife is very committed to scheduling her fitness classes and so forth. I would see that, realize it was a good model, but never find or make the time. Now, its partly out of necessity with being older, and partly out of finding ways to enjoy fitness that Ive embraced more.
I have a road bike and ride that regularly on weekends in Amagansett. Related to that, I find a spin class is a great way to get a quick workout in the city. My wife and I also see a trainer named Kira Stokes. Kira has a bunch of celebrity clients, but separately does a small number of group classes during the week. Shes really good and has small enough classes that you feel like youre getting the almost-personal training level.
Weve also started participating in mini-triathlons. Im not a good swimmer, but its half-a-mile, 20 minutes in the water, and I can deal with that. Youre not doing anything for more than 45 minutes, or whatever. Those arent fun in the moment, but having a goal like thatand the goal, by the way, is not to win or even place, the goal is to not suck and drownits been very useful in that youve set yourself up for this thing thats going to be measured. That then forces you for all of June and July to go for a swim for 25 minutes as practice. Its only a three-mile run, so its pretty easy to go and do two miles as a quick training thing. You want to be ready for it.

The 27-year-old decided to share how she had achieved her weight loss transformations to delighted fans of the social media site.
Responding to a fan question about how she had managed to slim down, she revealed shed combined different diets to keep things interesting and different to encourage natural weight loss.
I eat once a day (OMAD) intermittent fasting and I follow a ketogenic diet.
So lots of meats, veggies and cheese! One Meal A Day (OMAD), isnt for everyone, and if you are starting out I dont recommend going cold turkey.
I had to take my time and re-train my body. Start off with the Keto diet plan, [its] so easy eat tacos without the shell, burgers without the buns, pizza with almond flour and cheese crust!
I wanted a natural and easy way to lose weight but by not sacrificing all of lifes simple pleasures.
The first thing I had to do was realise that I needed to prioritise, your SHOULDS and your MUSTS.
She went on to explain that your should's are the things that you should do but never really get around to and the musts are things that you needto do.
She said: There is not an option, it is a dealbreaker.

Five ways to maintain healthy bowels – The Guardian
Posted: at 1:45 pm
Watch your diet
Bowel health is largely determined by the gut microbiome, the vast population of bacteria that live in our intestine. Research suggests a high-fibre diet is crucial for healthy bowels, as these bacteria break down fibre into substances that have anti-inflammatory properties. But diets high in salt, saturated fat and red meat can lead to increased risk of inflammatory diseases. Specific bacteria have been linked to bowel cancer, says Prof Philip Quirke of the University of Leeds. We think that the maintenance of them is probably linked to diet, because you find higher rates of bowel cancer in places with high red meat consumption, and lower levels in areas where diets are based more on high fibre content.
One of the main causes of bowel problems, such as constipation, is interruptions to the natural rhythm of the body. Bowel activity is normally greater when you wake up and after each meal, especially after breakfast, says Dr Maura Corsetti of the University of Nottingham. But in todays world, many people dont make time for this. Instead they delay bowel movements when they feel a stimulus, because theyre rushing out of the house or at work. This can lead to a bowel that is not opening regularly. So when you feel the desire to go, you should go.
The gut is full of nerves, and during times of stress they release neurotransmitters that can generate inflammation in the gut, says Dr Elizabeth Mann of the University of Manchester. Its well known that stress worsens many diseases, and this is one of the pathways by which this occurs. Exercise is an effective method of reducing stress, and it has an additional positive effect on bowel health by speeding up transit times.
Antibiotics can be necessary to clear infections, but this comes at a cost: they disturb the normal balance of bacteria in your gut, wiping out many of the microbes that have health benefits.
Because the gut microbiome is mostly formed before the age of two, feeding patterns in early childhood play a crucial role in determining bowel health in later life. Scientists say there is evidence that breastfeeding babies can result in them having a far healthier gut, as can a diverse, healthy diet when they transition to solid foods. This is important, because if you dont develop a diverse microbiome early in your childhood, then you may be more at risk of inflammatory diseases such as asthma and eczema, Quirke says.
