Life Coaching-Kate Harrison and 9 year old daughter Bella from Ashwell, Hertfordshire
When Kate Harrisons seven-year-old daughter sobbed herself to sleep every night for three months, it was clear something had to change.
Ever since shed started school, Bella had struggled with playground politics. Issues that another child might shrug off, such as a bit of teasing or being excluded from a game, hit the sensitive little girl very hard. Her mother tried every strategy to boost Bellas confidence, but the situation just got worse.
We got to the point where every night after school she was distraught. Eventually, I was crying myself to sleep at night, too, says Kate, 41.
Desperate for a solution, Kate, scanned online parenting forums for advice. It was there she learned about life coaches for children.
Life coaches used to be viewed as rather new age counsellors hired by self-indulgent adults who felt theyd lost their way in their personal lives or careers and needed to empower themselves.
But life coaching for children has become increasingly popular, with coaches tackling issues from bullying and low self-confidence to handling exam pressure and family difficulties.

Reid Should Be Coaching for His Job in New Orleans: A Fan’s Take
Posted: at 1:01 am
The Philadelphia Eagles have already sacrificed Juan Castillo to the alter of their disappointing start. As such, most Eagles fans like myself are focused on Michael Vick as the next sacrificial lamb. However, while Vick will be playing for his job against the New Orleans Saints on Nov. 5, he shouldn't be the only one subject to getting fired with a loss.
Firing Castillo didn't give the Eagles a shot in the arm, and doing the same with Vick probably won't work as well. If Philadelphia really wanted to send a message, then Andy Reid would be fired right here and now. At the least, if the Eagles lose to the Saints, then Reid should be at risk of being fired immediately - especially since he won't get a better chance to leave by then.
Castillo took the fall for Reid's mistakes, and now Vick is the next one on the chopping block. But Philadelphia will never change as long as Reid is still around, which may lead to him getting fired at the end of the season. Yet the Eagles really can't wait that long, as Reid's immediate firing should be on the table with one more loss in New Orleans.
Given Reid's service to Philadelphia, letting him go in mid-season instead of letting him play out the string might seem disrespectful. But if he really has lost the team, then letting him get kicked around for another eight games would truly be disrespectful.
Should Philadelphia drop to 3-5, it will only get worse from there and Reid's legacy will continue to get tarnished. It will be tarnished no matter when he gets canned, but at least he would be spared any further misery if he gets fired quicker. And at the least, giving the Eagles eight games without Reid may give them time to find a new identity and get used to life without him, before they find a permanent new coach in the offseason.
But with owner Jeffrey Lurie's track record and loyalty to Reid, he will resist firing him as long as possible. Therefore, even if Vick has another game or two with no turnovers, he would take the fall after the next bad loss - even if it isn't his fault.
Meanwhile, the man who is really to blame would still get more time to make things worse. Firing Reid now would probably make things worse regardless, yet it may be the most dignified way to let him go by then.
If the Eagles do manage to beat the Saints, then Reid would at least earn another week and probably last until the end of the season. At this point, the biggest question isn't whether Reid will get fired, but when and how. Ideally, he'd last the rest of the year, get to make one last stand and leave with some goodwill left in Philadelphia for all his service.
But with a fourth straight loss - especially on a Monday night against a 2-5 New Orleans team - all of that would be moot, or at least should be. Vick may barely get one last chance to save his job against the Saints, yet if the Eagles have any vision, the exact same standards should apply to Reid as well.
Robert Dougherty is a life-long Philadelphia resident who has followed the Eagles since he was eight years old.

For 35 Years The Life Coaches At Holistic Learning Center Coaches Training Institute Have Been Testing, Retesting And Then Testing Again Hundreds Of Exercises Designed By The Best And Brightest In The Self-Help Industry In Order To Forge These New Self-Mastery Exercises
(PRWEB) October 23, 2012
From this vast body of clinically tested research Holistic Learning Center has developed new Self-mastery assignments for its clients, students and teachers to assist them in their personal coach training by focusing the application of knowledge to the emotional issues they seek to heal.
Holistic Learning Centers exercises are unique because they ensure that those who do them surpass mere intellectual understanding and arrive at a place where they can actually feel what their Self-mastery issues are in a way that makes them concrete and tangible. This exponentially increases the probability of psycho-spiritual healing.
According to Hu Dalconzo, Founder of Holistic Learning Center Emotionalizing is critically important because it creates the electro-magnetic energy (electricity) that alters our clients neuro-peptides and neuro-pathways, which is a mandatory component that is required to create permanent behavioral change, these new Self-Mastery exercises do just that.
Holistic Learning Centers Spiritual Life Coaches have documented over time that its 54 self-help exercises along with their accompanying 150+ supportive Self-mastery assignments decrease the duration, intensity and frequency of their clients and students emotional triggers by 35% on average after only 15 hours of sessions of personal life coaching.
Holistic Learning Centers Life Coaching Certification Program teaches its students how to personalize its new clinically proven exercises and self-actualization drills in a manner that takes the abstract concept of inner Self mastery, which is a hard-to-understand theoretical concept and breaks it down piece by piece into a step-by-step, easy-to-understand, specific set of emotional, psychological and spiritual Self-nurturing exercise that have consistently helped the holistically competent become more competent.

Malik wants coaching job

DISGRACED former Pakistan captain Salim Malik has applied for the job of his country's batting coach.
Malik insists he is not barred after a court lifted his life ban four years ago.
Malik, 49, was banned by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in 2000 after a judicial inquiry conducted by Justice Malik Mohammad Qayyum found him guilty of offering bribes to Australian players to lose.
Australian trio Shane Warne, Tim May and Mark Waugh alleged Malik offered them huge sums to underperform during their team's tour to Pakistan in 1994.
Malik, who always pleaded his innocence, was also named in an inquiry conducted by India's Central Bureau of Investigation, which led to life bans on their captain Mohammad Azharuddin and Ajay Sharma.
The ban on Malik was lifted by a court in Lahore in October 2008, but the decision has not been endorsed by the International Cricket Council (ICC), which reportedly blocked his appointment to the PCB academy in Lahore in 2008.
Malik, a stylish batsman in his day, now claims that he is cleared of all fixing charges.
"I am cleared and my life ban was lifted four years ago," Malik told reporters after submitting his application with the PCB.
"I am cleared by the PCB and the ICC so I can now be involved in any cricket related activity."
