Throughout the holiday season people make excuses not to exercise -- yet movement is key to a healthy heart, attitude and so much more. As an instructor/trainer, we must constantly encourage our clients to move as much as they can because they may not "store" the benefits of good health especially if they take 4-6 weeks off. Remind your clients, that it is much easier to get back on track in the New Year if they make exercise a daily activity throughout the holidays
