Excercise on a new way of helping you to count. normaly you would bring the toon in on the count of 1 in a bar 1,2,3,4,,,1,2,3,4,,,1,2,3,4,,1,2,3,4,, and so on . in this exsercise you will bring the other toon in on the count of 2 so this way you not only get to concentrate more but you also can have a good sound with cutting / using the x fade to get a good mash up of the beats. ---------- it is quite important to remember though to not do this in the mix ( going from one toon to the other) as it will not sound good and put the dancers off time. so once you have had a mes about get the toon back into the correct time and bring the toon in on the count of 1 http://www.djtutor.com

A requisite awareness and understanding of the effects of aging on the components of fitness and understanding of the role of exercise as intervention is of paramount importance. This review presents underlying changes and adaptations within each component of fitness and the effects on overall physiologic capacity from the more overt changes underlying declining aerobic capacity, pulmonary function, and flexibility, to the more latent changes such as demineralization of bone leading to changes in body composition and the contraction-specific decline in the force generating capacity of skeletal muscle. Being an obese mother can have a powerful impact on the next generation, altering central appetite circuits and contributing to increased fat deposits, glucose intolerance and metabolic disease in offspring. However, a study from the University of New South Wales by Sultana Rajia on rodents found exercise was able to dramatically improve these detrimental impacts, with the reversal most pronounced in juveniles who both exercised and consumed a low-fat diet.
