Vish is a Yoga practitioner of over 30yrs, sometimes referred as the "love" Yogi or Hollywood yogi, all titles he takes in good humor. His strength lies in taking deep esoteric Yoga concepts and applying them to day to day to solve practical romantic problems. Vish uses all his science training coupled with his Yoga DNA( as he hails from a lineage of Yoga masters) combines with his own personal experience of finding love through Yoga. He only teaches what he has personally experienced. Walk into American Legion Post 38 and you #39;ll find war relics. Preserved so people won #39;t lose sight of the sacrifices made on their behalf. But a new generation of soldiers are keeping their war memories bottled up inside them. Post traumatic stress disorder. "We see some of these younger vets that come in that have problems. The one I spoke with yesterday, he was kicked out of the rescue mission; they wouldn #39;t take him into Salvation Army because he was having confrontations with people," says Kevin Boyd, commander of American Legion Post 38. "Soldiers that have been deployed five, six, ten times - continuing to be exposed and exposed to trauma and not having ability to heal and rest. That creates a tremendous amount of a toll on the soldier #39;s brain. Those soldiers are at very high risk for PTSD," says Dr. Omar Rieche, director of the Behavioral Health Center with Lee Memorial Health System. There has always been a mental cost to war. But it #39;s more frequent today. Of the estimated 2.6 million service members involved in Iraq and Afghanistan, it #39;s believed a quarter of them have post traumatic stress. It #39;s leading to better methods of treatment. "Treatments of the past are called cognitive behavioral type treatments, and it was scary to the individual because they have to re-experience and they don #39;t want to go there. Crowd of 7,000 gather for outdoor yoga event

Thousands of Taiwanese gathered for a mass yoga session on Sunday, in front of Taiwans Presidential Palace.
Organizers estimated about 7,400 people attended Sundays event, which attracted yoga lovers from around the country.
The hour-long session kicked off at 8 a.m. in the morning with a round of meditation.
Then the 7,000 strong group of yoga enthusiasts bent their bodies into positions such as the downward facing dog, cobra, and childs pose.
The participants, ranging from young adults to 80-year-olds, raved about the benefits of the ancient exercise.
Yoga can help us to release stress from our body and soul. The flexibility of our bodies can increase slowly and you can become more agile, said 23-year-old Chen Jing-kai.
My leg was broken, and I was getting fat while I was recovering. I wanted to lose weight. I saw a TV show teaching yoga, but at the time there wasnt anyone teaching in Yilan (county). When my teacher came, I started to learn and Im becoming as skinny as before, said 81-year-old Jiang A-mei.
Pure Yoga, a Yoga training chain of the Pure Group and the event organizer, said it hoped to promote Yoga as a sport to elevate peoples health and energy.
Pure Yogas CEO Colin Grant said he was happy with Sundays turnout.
The main reason for doing this event is to increase wellness of yoga and also to force kind of a healthier, better lifestyle. And I think the more people practice yoga, they will be healthier, they will be happier. And its very good in Taipei we have very good turnout today, Grant said.
