I know quiting smoking maybe harder than you think. I am a smoker my self. the fact is when I put myself on a treadmill desk and get myself in good physical shape I find that I will smoke less. the other thing is because of my autism I may have a harder time quiting smoking but instead of smoking I remind myself why I am trying to quit smoking right next to keeping myself on the treadmill desk instead of smoking helps me with quiting smoking. the thing is I am trying to get myself use to the electronic cigarette to switch from smoking tobacco. the thing is quiting drinking habits may cut down on the smoking habits right next to getting in shape. I know quiting smoking maybe very hard but excercise right next to reminding yourself why you are quiting smoking may be hard but the fact is quiting smoking maybe better for your health and sanity than you think right next to getting yourself in shape. trust me you will find that you quit in time.
