I think that the only other key point that I #39;d like to stress about the programme is the quality of the coaches we #39;ve had here through the week. Each of them, I #39;ve had the opportunity to work with a number of coaches throughout the week and they #39;re very insightful, the quality of the feedback that they give you is very accurate and it challenges you in a number of areas but is all very helpful in actually personal development and taking yourself forward. I was keen to come on the programme to find out more in response to the feedback that was received from my team, colleagues and directors amount of time spent to reflection and personal career development within the course has been very useful. The amount of time spent on coaching with the course as well as time for personal reflection and learning points out of the course has probably been the most beneficial part for me, and the time to focus without the distraction of the day job onto my own career development and the kind of balance of my career with my personal life has been the most useful aspect. I think the main learning point for me out of it has been using the resources around me much more effectively and leaning away from a tendency to actually try and problem solve when given a scenario as opposed to coaching my teams to actually get the best performances out of the individuals within it I think the week itself has been very challenging and there #39;s a lot of theory to take on board, but certainly that fills in ...From:HenleyBusinessSchoolViews:1 0ratingsTime:01:48More inEducation
