Ms. Jiang Mengjie Leads the Yoga Seminar
HONG KONG, Dec. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- On 1st December 2012, "Hosa Stretch It Out -- The Third All-star Yoga Seminar" was held in Shenyang. Mainland celebrity Ms. Jiang Mengjie, wearing Hosa fitness wear, lead the Yoga Seminar and demonstrated Yoga fashion show for all participants.

"Hosa Stretch It Out 2012 -- The Third All-star Yoga Seminar in Shenyang", a large public charity activity featuring women's physical and mental health co-organized by Hosa Fitness and Enlight Media "Best Live Performance", invited Ms. Jiang Mengjie, the actress of "Lin Daiyu" in "Dream of the Red Chamber" to become the yoga trainer.
On 1st December 2012, Jiang Mengjie, wearing Hosa fitness wear, experienced yoga with 20 participants at Huafu City Mall in Shenyang. In the session showing Hosa Stretch It Out - five standard yoga postures, Jiang Mengjie demonstrated "Pigeon Style", perfectly showed the elegance and beauty of yoga and impressed all the audience and professional trainers. Hosa prepared souvenirs for the audiences for their participation in the seminar.

At "The All-star Yoga Seminar", Jiang Mengjie was wearing Hosa fitness wear with a charming smile. Jiang Mengjie was under the spotlight because of the TV series "Dream of the Red Chamber". Since she joint the entertainment industry, she participated in lots of ancient costume dramas. She said she did yoga in her room in order to relieve stress from work. "Yoga is not difficult for me as I have learnt dancing in the past. However, I think to control breath consciously is helpful for relieving fatigue," said Jiang Mengjie.

Since the event commenced, "Hosa Stretch It Out 2012 -- Yoga Changes Your Life", a large-scale charity event featuring women's physical and mental health, has received thousands applications until the third seminar in Shengyang. From Hosa chain stores all around the country to the official Weibo "@Hosa Stretch It Out", many white-collar women who enjoy life have took part in this large-scale charity event in the end of 2012 through the above two registration platforms. All the applicants believed in "Yoga Changes Your Life" and shared their positive yoga stories in their application.
"Hosa Stretch It Out 2012 -- Yoga Changes Your Life", co-organized by Hosa Fitness, a leading yoga sportswear company, and Enlight Media, a large-scale charity event featuring women's physical and mental health has officially kicked off all around China. The event's spokesperson, Ms. Liu Yan, will cheer for the event and hold yoga spiritual seminars at 6 cities, including Chengdu, Wuhan, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing, together with 50 celebrities and other professional trainers. Until now, "Hosa All-star Yoga Seminar in Shenyang" was completed successfully. The next station for the seminar would be Guangzhou. Student Recruitment has commenced already for the seminars in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
