HONG KONG, Dec. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- On December 22, 2012, "Hosa Stretch It Out - The Final All-star Yoga Seminar" was held in Beijing. Ms. Sun Qian who starred in "The Legend of Zhen Huan" was the trainer and taught yoga skills.

After Zhang Jiani, Gan Tingting, Jiang Mengjie, Huang Xiaolei and Zhangli, Ms. Sun, who presented the "Hosa Stretch It Out 2012" launching ceremony, appeared at Jinyuan Yansha Mall in Beijing as a yoga trainer.
Ms. Sun Qian, wearing Hosa fitness wear, appeared at Jinyuan Yansha Mall in Beijing. Sun Qian looked professional with the yoga bracelet, headband and other accessories. After showing her yoga skills at the launching ceremony, Sun Qian was confident this time as well. Her elegant actions easily aroused the atmosphere at the site. During every seminar, the celebrity joined Hosas professional yoga trainer to select the yoga student with the greatest potential by criteria of posture and outfit selection, who would be entitled to join the yoga spiritual journey to India with Hosas spokesperson Ms. Liu Yan. During the seminar in Beijing, with competition with high level of difficulty finished, the last candidate for the India journey was selected. First workout from Les Mills Combat. Not officially starting the program till January 2013, but just thought I #39;d test the waters out early..and during the holidays to keep me going. Great workout! Getting used to the new moves. Not as intense as other workouts I #39;ve done..maybe I should wear a weighted vest while doing this? Lol.
