Day 1 - My Bodies Current State
This is my current state on how my body looks. I currently weigh at 160 with %13 body fat. My goal date is August 16 of this year. This series is intended to show my progress to achieving a fitness model physique. However, I will also talk about the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise. There will be a separate channel strictly based on informing individuals on health and fitness. Ill keep everyone posted.

He attended the University of Oregon on an athletic scholarship. Excelled both in Football and Track Field at the University. Drafted in the 1988 NFL draft and went on to play nine years as a wide receiver in the NFL. Graduating from U of O the following year. Played with such teams as Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and the Atlanta Falcons. Retired from the NFL in 1997 and went on to pursue his business interest. Shared ownership of three companies, (Summit Medical, Summit Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, ProSpot Fitness) where he served as CEO of two and Sale Manager of the other. Over the last few years he #39;s drastically changed his business affairs. Removing himself from his current businesses, to pursue fulltime commitment to Xocai Healthy Chocolate. Entering his fifth year in Xocai he is one of the Top Distributors in the company with one of the strongest teams in Xocai, Team X 88. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife of 21 years Raina Birden and 8 children, 3 biological and 5 nieces nephews.

Russia Back in Space Race With Plans To Probe Moon
In what may be super science #39;s great tortoise-and-the-hare story, Russia has returned to the space race by announcing a series of lunar missions over the next half-decade. Launching in 2015, Russia will send three unmanned probes to the surface of the moon mdash;marking its first lunar visits since the Soviet mission in 1973. The first mission, Luna-Glob-1 will carry 20 kilograms of scientific equipment and aim to test a new surface-landing platform. The program will take a special interest in investigating the possibility of water at the lunar poles, and may include a manned mission in 2018. The missions will launch from the Vostochny Cosmodrome, Russia #39;s new billion-dollar launch site, currently under construction. With the retirement of NASA #39;s shuttle program in 2011, Russia #39;s Soyuz spacecraft is currently the only vehicle capable of carrying crew to the International Space Station, making Russia arguably Earth #39;s preeminent space-faring nation and once again the leader in a space race that began way back in the 1950s.

RIP Conrad Bain Dead at 89!
Actor Conrad Bain -- who famously played father figure Phillip Drummond on "Diff #39;rent Strokes" -- has passed away. He was 89. Bain family sources tell TMZ, Bain died Monday night at a retirement home in Livermore, CA from natural causes. We spoke with Bain #39;s daughter Jennifer who tells us, "He was an amazing person.
