What if asking one question could change your life? Sexual health, spiritual and wellbeing coach Ella Lauser said allowing herself to be endlessly curious led her to find her purpose. Speaking on stage, she encourages us to use and trust our intuition and have the courage to honour and follow our hearts. Ella Lauser is an innovative sexual health educator, speaker, writer, energy worker and birth doula. But perhaps most importantly she is the sister you probably never had. At an early age, Ella had the unique opportunity to be a confidant and support system for many people. With wisdom, humor, and openness passed down to her from her bisexual grandma, Ella received a rich education. In 2000 she began The I Want Sex Club (IWSC) for students who wanted to talk about sex in a non-judgmental, supportive forum. Shortly thereafter, she went on to teach comprehensive sexual health education to high school classrooms throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. An advocate of wellness, Ella is a certified yoga teacher, birth and postpartum doula, has attended countless seminars in personal development and whole food nutrition, and continues to travel the globe taking in wisdom from teachers, midwives, shamans and storytellers. In Medellin, Colombia, not every young person has access to even opportunities. Many of them are homeless, didn #39;t have the blessing of having a family or an education, so they are exposed to all kinds of mistreat and different types of violence. Obviously solutions have to go further than giving them money or looking the other way, a more fundamental kind of action has to be taken to help these young people. That #39;s the reason why "Colombian Heroes" was born, as a SEMINAR-WORKSHOP focusing on their personal development in LEADERSHIP and PERSONAL VALUES. The attendees are kids that are taken in custody by Colombia #39;s family welfare institute or NGOs that work with this vulnerable population, as well as kids that have families but also need to develop specific skills and attitudes such as self-esteem and social commitment.

Phil Jackson #39;s Eagle Vision | Sacred Hoops Book Review For Mind Empowering info, visit: http://www.aemind.com Subscribe http://www.youtube.com As I was reviewing the Book that I had Read by Phil Jackson called Sacred Hoops, I ran across a section that I had underlined where Phil Jackson talked about Vision. Now we can look back at his 11 championships as a coach for the Bulls and the Lakers as well as his 2 NBA Championships that he won as a player for the New York Knicks, and see that Phil Jackson was a true leader and visionary with his approach to the sport of basketball. In the section titled "The Eagle #39;s View", Phil says the following (remember that at this point he hadn #39;t achieved the success that he now has): My First act after being named head coach of the Bulls was to formulate a vision for the team. I had learned from the Lakota and my own experience as a coach that vision is the source of leadership, the expansive dream state where everything begins and all is possible. I started by creating a vivid picture in my mind of what the team could become. My vision could be lofty, I reminded myself, but it couldn #39;t be a pipe dream. I had to take into account not only what I wanted to achieve, but how I was going to get there. Take notice to the final sentence: I had to take into account not only what I wanted to achieve, but how I was going to get there. This is a very critical detail to success. I see this in every major success story, from basketball players to billionaire ...

What would you do if you had a few extra hundo a month? If you had a few extra hundred bucks a month, what would you do with it? Tithe? Volunteer? Pay off a credit card faster? Spend time with your family and not feel guilty or strained from the financial weight? Get a second car? Get a better car? Contribute to a retirement fund? What if... What would you do if you had a few extra grand a month? Now that your mind is traveling at warp speed down oh-my-gosh-wouldn #39;t-it-be-cool-if lane, let #39;s amp it up a bit. What if your work that earned you a few hundo multiplied and you started earning 4 digits in a month? NOW How much money would it take a week to fire your boss? what would life look like? Would you vacation more during the year? Would you vacation BETTER during the year? Would you shovel out of debt faster? What would your family life look like?
