This video consists of my friends and I making an infomercial for "El Gimnasio de David" for a Spanish project. We are required to use vocabulary from the health and fitness chapter that we are doing, and we #39;re also required to use the subjunctive tense, and negative and affirmative commands. Enjoy! 🙂

i LOST it! #project10 Vi 90 day challenge
I lost it!!! I wasn #39;t sure if I would be able to lose it in 2 weeks because I have been doing Physical Therapy for a severe case of Plantar Fasciitis and have pretty much been off my feet for the entire two weeks. No exercise or physical activity other than regular walking in my apartment and my trips to the Physical Therapist. I have been watching what eat and drinking my shakes... thats it!!! I can`t wait to get my feet issues resolved so I can get back to being active and running! So that is also part of this 90 day challenge, resolving this severe case of Plantar Fasciitis.
