My Story
12 years ago I changed my life. With that I had to learn how to maintain my health and fitness. The best way for me is to keep reaching higher and challenging myself. Along the way I have learned that joy comes with helping others and I love to share everything I have learned that has worked for me.Beachbody programs WORK for me! All I have to do is push play and do it! I still crave improvement and I am passionate about health and fitness. I am always real. This is a piece of me that not everyone knows 🙂
