Heather is a big fan of the toning exercise and finds she can't get enough of it.

I think the secret to looking good is feeling good about yourself inside - which can be hard, she explained to the US edition of OK! magazine.

Yoga is my obsession. I love it! I would rather be doing yoga than most other things.

Heather has her own quirky methods for staying confident.

I make gratitude lists and share them with friends to remember to be grateful for all the good things in my life," she smiled, adding her advice to her younger self would be: Turn off the people-pleaser part of my brain! Its a problem.

At a recent charity event in Los Angeles, the beautiful blonde looked great with natural make-up and loose, wavy hair.

Heather's beautician Victoria Rowe revealed how she achieved the 43-year-old's look for the fashion event to benefit the Cambodian Childrens Fund Charity.
