The Vegan, Saudi Prince Investor – Triple Pundit (registration) (blog)

Posted: June 8, 2017 at 1:44 pm

HRH Prince Khaled Bin Alwaleed joins us for an informal chat

HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed isa hip, young vegan Saudi Prince who invests in clean energy and supports animal rights.

Earlier this year, his storywas picked up by multiple outlets includingOne Green Planet. This Saudi Royal, now 38, is the son of the 26th wealthiest person in the world (billionaire investor and philanthropistHRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, often referred to as the Saudi Arabian Warren Buffett).

Part of the Princes journey started when he had a head injury in his teens while jet skiing in the south of France. He had to learn to walk again and witnessed his dad, a person he looked up to as strong and invincible, weep with worry in his hospital room. Somehow, when confronted with the fragility of life and the effect it can have on loved ones, it makes a person realize that being true to ones own self is the only way to live. His social media feeds (Twitter and Instagram) are filled with animal welfare posts, vegan food posts, and in the case of Instagram, plenty of goofy comedy.

Several years ago, Prince Khaled was diagnosed with high cholesterol and started to change his diet. As he began exploring what it meant to adopt a plant-based diet, he became more and more knowledgeable about the challenges our current animal agriculture-based food systems place on personal and animal health and, especially, the environment.

An enthusiastic consumer of media exploring these topics, books such as How Not to Dieby Dr. Michael Greger and documentaries such as An Inconvenient Truth and Before the Floodalso shaped his interests. Born and university-educated in the U.S., he keeps a foot firmly planted in the Middle East.He started his business career withhis fathers investment company, Kingdom Holding Company, and then branched out to start KBW Investments. KBW Investments has holdings on five continents in the areas of construction, property, engineering, automation, finance and hospitality. Following that, he founded KBW Ventures, which focuses exclusively on venture capital, value creation and growth equity.

He is a business leader, not only for the millions he has invested in emerging and established businesses, but for standing in contrast to his home countrys biggest export: oil. He long ago divested any interests in dirty energy and oil, and owns one car, a Tesla.

The weekend that U.S. President Donald Trump visited Saudi Arabia, Khaled was speaking at a panel and meeting with other plant-based food leaders at the Reducetarian Summit in New York.

For our first meeting, I chose the DC vegan diner that I had mentioned in my article for Triple Pundit about plant-based dairy, Fare Well.

He showed up unaccompanied and actually Ubered to our brunch from the Four Seasons. Of course hes familiar with the famed hotel its management company is 45 percent owned by an investment company controlled by his father. For brunch Khaled wore baggy jeans, black Converse sneakers (he owns a number of pairs) and a hoodie. Doron, the owner of the diner and DCs famed vegan bakery Sticky Fingers was there that day and we cracked jokes. Khaled took it all in, in good humor, and after our meeting, was off to CrossFit and a meeting with some documentary filmmakers.

A month later atthe Reducetarian Summit, he was on a panel discussing conscious capitalism and the role business and investment have in moving the needle towards a more sustainable food system. He talked about his own journey to veganism and told stories like the time he took an omnivorous tennis pro to Cross Roads in LA and didnt tell him it was plant-based until after the meal. He explained that he has taken on the role to bridge the gap and create awareness for the benefits of a plant based lifestyle in the region. He even convinced his father to go vegan.

Khaled greeted me warmly and with familiarity, like friends. Following his session, we stepped outside for an interview. I specifically wanted to explore his involvement in the plant-based food movement and his new involvement with documentary media. This interview has been edited lightly for clarity and length.

TriplePundit: How did the relationship with [vegan chef] Matthew Kenney start? What are your future expansion plans?

Khaled bin Alwaleed: We wanted to open a plant-based caf in the Middle East. Originally, we were looking into a restaurant in Bali, Alchemy, that does plant-based and coincidentally at the same time we heard about Matthew Kenney. He seemed a much better fit. We looked into the licensing fees and I thought Why am I paying him a fee, when I can just invest in the company? We invested and decided to make [Bahrains]Plant Caf a branch of Matthew Kenneys restaurants. Were going to have tenmore in the region by 2019.

3pLast time we met, you mentioned backing a documentary about the plant-based food movement. Tell me about the name of the project and what are the plans for distribution?

KbA: ThatsEating Our Way to Extinction. Were working closely on an agreement with Ludo [Brockway] and his brother to make this film happen, but its early days on that one. They actually just got back from the Arctic where they were shooting some footage, but they havent shot much yet. Its early days. [Ludo and his brother Otto are slated to start shooting in around September 2017 for a 2018 possible release.] Another film were working on, which is further along in production, profiles former UFC fighter James Wilkes, and other elite vegan athletes. Itsa documentary about athleticism and veganism. The filmmakers areclose to finishing and were working with them to see how we can help with distribution.

For both, were looking at online distribution, and for the athleticism one, going through the proper channels of the festivals first as well.

3p:And so this has been in the last year or so that youve begun to get involved with media production?

KbA: The last year? No, this has only been the last two months.

3p: This is exciting, that youre looking towards media because its a big influencer [in lifestyle decisions]?

KbA: Oh, its not just an influencer, its what tipped the point for me. I was on and off being vegan, but it was films like Food, Inc., Food MattersHungry for Change

3p: It changed your life.

KbA: It really did. It opened up my eyes to what exactly is really happening.

3p: How do you think we can work to have a more sustainable food system? People are still starving and others eat far too much of the wrong things- what are your thoughts on how society can address these problems?

KbA: One of the main things, I think, is How do you feed 9.7 billion people by 2050? Thats the biggest issue that food innovators are addressing right now. Companies like Hampton Creek, companies like Memphis Meats are working to solve these problems. The main problem is that governments need to back these initiatives as much as they are backing the animal agriculture industry. There are gross inefficiencies within the animal industry, when you look at calories in versus calories out.

3p: Moving on to tech and innovation, weve talked previously about specifically sustainable hardware companies like iameco computers and Fairphone. As a connoisseur of all things tech, how do you think that the hardware business can become more sustainable? What are your thoughts on innovation toward sustainability in this area?

KbA: I think that companies like Fairphone and Apple each have their own markets and it lies with each company to work to make themselves more sustainable. For example, Apple just did this huge initiative where they took phones and recycled them to make other phones. Id love to see this type of initiative with companies like Samsung and Huawei. Fairphone will continue to grow in its niche market, but you have to address these big companies

3p: Its like shopping- not everyone is going to shop at Whole Foods, you have to address WalMart.

KbA: Exactly, yes.

3p: You have many years left to work with numerous other positive innovators to do even more- what are the kinds of projects that catch your attention and interest?

Khaled bin Alwaleed: Im a big believer in technology. I truly believe that technology is changing and will change the world even further. Im not too big on brick and mortar, analog types of companies as opposed to digital companies. What gets me excited are new things that are changing the world, as clichd as that sounds.

3p: So ideas you havent heard of before?

KbA: Yes, its ideas that make me open my eyes and say Wow, this is actually happening in this world, where we say, we just have to get in there no matter what.

For someone who is equally at home in traditional Saudi attire as he is in a hoodie and baseball cap, Prince Khaleds outlook can be summed up by the quote that greets you when you open his personal website, Never let anyone limit your aspirations.

The Sunscreen Song- Not many people know this.. but Australian Lee Perry is the voice of the song – ABC Online

Posted: at 1:44 pm

The Sunscreen Song was a huge global hit 18 years ago and produced by Baz Lurmann. Australian voiceover artist Lee Perry did the voice for the song but admits that 18 years later, "No one really knows".

One of the reasons this might be the case is because with Perry's talents, a lot of people probably thought the voice really was an old American man.

Perry explained that he was in his 20s at the time but when thinking about the brief he decided to do an "old American voice, that had been through the mill, gathered life experience and could deliver the words in a 'non-selly' way".

The song is based on a column by Chicago columnist Mary Schmich and is the column read by Perry over some very relaxing music.

"We did a few takes, we recorded it on a handheld recording device. No one knew it was going to do what it did." said Perry.

After a Radio Producer in Portland did an edit of the song and shared it with other radio producers, it went the 90s equivalent of viral as everyone started playing it and calling up radio stations to request it.

"I got a call from my agent saying 'You are going to be on the Jay Leno show in two weeks' It freaked me out completely as you I had to time the words with the music" Perry recalled.

There's a lot of wisdom in the song and now Perry says the line 'Be kind to your knees' resonates with him more than it used to.

"When you combine music and powerful words it stirs emotions in people, each line resonated in different ways with people."

Listen in to hear more of the story and also more about Lee Perry's career- including the fact that he worked with Steve Irwin and Robin Williams on the film Happy Feet.

The Napercise gym class where you do nothing but sleep is here – but is it any good? – Birmingham Mail

Posted: at 1:44 pm

The gym class where you do nothing but sleep has finally arrived and we were the first to check it out.

The Napercise class, which consists of climbing into bed and napping for 45 minutes, was announced last month by David Lloyd Clubs.

The first trial was in Sidcup and was such a success that trial days are now being rolled out around the country.

David Lloyd Bromsgrove was the first Midland club to join in, holding three classes today.

Worcester follows suit tomorrow (Friday, June 9) with five classes. Solihull is keen to be next.

The trial classes are free to members and non-members.

Its designed for tired parents and stressed-out workers who can go there for an uninterrupted 40 Winks Workout, scientifically designed to reinvigorate the mind, improve moods and even burn the odd calorie.

Heres what happened at the first class in Bromsgrove.

When I first wrote about Napercise, my reaction was like thousands of others this is my kind of gym class!

I turned up in comfy clothes while other nappers wore workout gear.

While interest has been huge, only three other people apart from me signed up for the first class at 2pm and they all worked for David Lloyd.

But the 4pm class, perhaps easier to join later in the day, was fully-booked.

Outside the gym studio was a sign saying: Shh! Napercise in progress.

Inside were seven inflatable single beds, with sheets, duvets and pillows.

There was an introduction from sports manager Kevin Bennett, who took us through some gentle stretches and said: The point of the class is to get across to people how important sleep is to your mental and physical health.

Its not just about the active stuff we do here. Sleeping has even more of an impact on your life than working out in the gym three times a week.

On a rainy, miserable day where the main topic was General Election, having an afternoon siesta seemed a great idea.

Having had less than seven hours sleep last night, I felt tired and ready for a nap.

The beds were surprisingly comfy. When Kevin switched off all the lights and put on relaxing music, I felt warm and drowsy.

For the first few minutes my mind was racing, though - how was I going to write this article, what would the traffic be like on the way back to Birmingham, when would I find time to vote, isnt it a bit strange sleeping with strangers?

But after a while I forgot about the other people, especially as the beds were far enough apart. I relaxed more and drifted off. I didnt get 45 minutes of deep sleep, but I did doze for a while.

And the best thing is that nobody snored.

We were woken by Kevin returning and putting on a low-level light, so it wasnt too glaring.

Among those trying out the class was Harriet Busfield, from Bromsgrove. She said: It was really comfortable and I did fall asleep towards the end. It was really relaxing.

Fitness coach James Haughton, of Worcester, also gave it a go. He said: I had a really early start, I was up at 4.30am after only about five hours sleep so I thought this was a great idea.

Now I feel like I can get on with my day with more energy.

Just being able to close your eyes in a comfy place with no interruptions was heaven.

I did feel more refreshed at the end of it and could see it catching on.

Oh, and for anyone worried about hygiene, yes they do change the sheets between classes.

At the moment the classes are free as they are being trialled - but I'm not sure how much I would pay to go and sleep in a gym when I can do it at home.

It's the kind of thing everyone says it's great but when it comes down to it, would you actually go?

Enoshima Island Spa: a Spa for Everyone – Japan Today

Posted: at 1:44 pm

JI Core 50 Professional Monitors PR The Enoshima Island Spa

by Mark Garrity

I love Japanese traditional onsen hot springs and have tried to visit as many as possible during the various times I have lived in Japan, but I never had a chance to visit a spa in Japan. Frankly I am not much of a spa person; as a man in the United States, going to the spa was not a common experience. But I do love a good massage; I love good food, and as Ive already mentioned, I love hot springs. So when I visited the Enoshima Island Spa, which has all of those great things and more, I was in heaven.

Enoshima Island Spa is located, as the name suggests, on Enoshima Island near Kamakura. It was surprisingly easy to get there from Tokyo via either JR or Odakyu. The setting is spectacular, overlooking Sagami Bay, with an unobstructed view of Mount Fuji. The multilevel design of the spa ensures privacy for the onsen area and fantastic views on each floor. The staff is very welcoming and many speak English, so it made for a very relaxing experience.

There is a traditional onsen with separate areas for men and women, with a several different baths varying in temperature and style, as well as a sauna. The baths are spacious and there are plenty of washing stations.

The pool area includes two levels of indoor and outdoor baths that are open to both men and women together (swimsuit required). The pools are oriented to maximize views of the sea and Mount Fuji. The lower level includes a waterfall and a cave pool that is very romantic and made me wish I had brought a date. In fact, most of the people there appeared to be couples enjoying a beautiful Sunday together. And the water temperature of the various pools was perfect for the weather. I could have stayed there for hours.

The Island Grill restaurant is located on the top floor, and the seating is cleverly designed to maximize the views of the water and Mount Fuji in the distance. It has a nice selection of Italian and island-inspired seafood dishes. I opted for the Siciliana pasta and a side dish of steamed clams and mussels. Delicious!

I also went for a treatment at the Beng Teng Spa that included a foot cleanse and massage. The atmosphere was relaxing and the therapist was very skilled. She even spoke English! The treatments include nice touches such as a choice of teas before and after, aromatic oils and relaxing music. Even though, as I said, I am not really a spa person, I could certainly get used to that!

With the perfect combination of a traditional Japanese onsen, outdoor pools overlooking the sea and Mount Fuji, a relaxing massage, and delicious food, my experience at the Enoshima Island Spa was the perfect day trip from Tokyo. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

8 Natural Relaxation Techniques For Your Dog | Care2 Healthy Living – Care2.com

Posted: at 1:44 pm

If your dog is acting out and having behavior problems, your first response might be to blame them and consider punishment. But poor behavior can often be a sign your pooch is feeling stressed or anxious about something.

Related: How to Tell If Your Dog Is Anxious or Stressed

Check with your veterinarian to rule out any medical causes first. Otherwise, your pets stress could be for many reasons, such as a change in your schedule, a move or noise pollution from a busy street nearby.

You might not be able to determine exactly whats bothering them, but including more relaxation techniques throughout your day will go a long way towards helping your puppy relieve tension and get back on track.

Classical music is shown to help calm canine moods. A study by the Scottish SPCA and the University of Glasgow played a variety of classical music to dogs in the SPCAs kennels for one week. The music lowered the dogs heart rates and reduced stress-related behavior like standing and barking.

The researchers continued their investigation and found that dogs responded even better to reggae and soft rock. The Scottish SPCA now plans to install sound systems throughout their kennels to play Bob Marley and Jon Bon Jovi to their furry residents.

In addition, the musician Alianna Boone found that playing harp music to dogs at a Florida veterinary clinic lowered their anxiety.

You can buy various products that contain what are known as dog-appeasing pheromones. These are synthetic versions of the hormone nursing mothers make to calm their puppies. Dog-appeasing pheromones have been shown to calm dogs in many stressful situations, such as kenneling, veterinary visits, car travel, human separation and the introduction of puppies into a home.

Many dog owners feel their animal friends can laugh when theyre having fun. But science has been slow to agree. Researchers put this to the test at a Spokane kennel, where they played recordings of whats been identified as dog laugher to the other dogs.

Staff at the kennel were surprised how dramatically the dogs quieted and calmed down when listening to the laughter. Many workers have since learned how to imitate a dogs laugh themselves. They find it really helps to settle anxious or agitated animals.

Curious what doggie laughter sounds like? Check out this video:

Keeping your dog active is not only important for their health, its also known to prevent bad behavior that can result from boredom. Aim for 30-180 minutes of daily exercise. The Bark has a good breakdown of how much exercise is recommended for your particular dogs breed. Also take your dogs age, health and general temperament into account when planning their activities.

Whatever you do, make sure its something you and your dog both enjoy. Active play is a great time to bond with your puppy. Try throwing a ball or stick, have them run next to your bicycle, take them for a swim or go for a relaxing walk.

This is another great way to prevent boredom and acting out. Get creative with ways to engage your dog in thoughtful play. Take them to new places. Introduce them to new people and other pets. Get them a new toy, or simply keep your current toys on a rotation so your pooch doesnt get bored with the same ones day after day.

You can also have lots of fun with food. Try hiding treats around your yard or home. Or buy a puzzle toy that has spaces to hide food inside. Another option is to enroll your dog in a training class. Professional dog trainers will give you plenty of ideas for tricks and different games you can teach your pet.

A large body of research has proven the benefits of massage for people, including pain and stress reduction, improving circulation, promoting flexibility and eliminating toxins. Very limited research has been done for animals, but its logical they would have similar benefits.

Giving your dog a massage is also an excellent way to spend some intimate time together and show them you care. To get started, Modern Dog Magazine has a helpful overview of how to massage your dog.

Studies have shown that lavender essential oil can lower a dogs heart rate and trigger a calming response in their nervous system. Its also been found to help calm dogs with a history of travel anxiety before a car ride.

The best way to expose your dog to lavender oil is to drop some on their mat, blanket or other sleeping surface. Do not apply oil directly on their fur because it can be toxic if ingested.

A nice brushing in the evening can be just the thing to help your pooch wind down for the day. Its also a good chance for you to do a quick inspection for ticks, fleas or skin conditions that might be bothering them.

But for some dogs, grooming will only cause more anxiety and stress. If this is the case for your puppy, maybe try some extra snuggling, petting or other attention they enjoy.

Ariel Pink Releases Catchy New Single, ‘Another Weekend’ – Baeble Music (blog)

Posted: at 1:44 pm

Ariel Pink is finally back with a new song, his first solo release since pom pom. And, if you loved that album, you'll be sure to love the direction he's going in with the new single, "Another Weekend." Like a lot of the songs on pom pom, it all revolves around Beach Boys-esque guitar strumming and vocal harmonies. It's as psychedelic as you'd expect an Ariel Pink song to be, but it's also weirdly unpredictable at times (you've gotta admire how well the sudden time signature shifts work).

The song's also really, really relaxing. Around this time of year, there's a lot of talk about new singles that are "perfect for the summer." Most of the time, those tracks are upbeat and sunny pop tracks. "Another Weekend" is the exact opposite. It's the kind of song that's perfect for that other, less-often talked about side of the summer: when you're home alone on a sweltering Saturday night, kicking back with a beer and nothing better to do. But, despite how relaxing it is to listen to, "Another Weekend" is deeply sad when you pay close attention to the lyrics. They're about the aftermath of a breakup, which has made the singer feel "either too shy or too humble." But the song's about a lot more than simply missing someone. Mostly, it's about the difficult transition we all make from being in a relationship to being alone again. One of the best moments in the lyrics is when Ariel Pink evokes that feeling of being so sure that your ex is right behind you (but, of course, that person's just not there). Some of the lines are really heartbreaking, and might even be a little too relatable for some listeners ("Every day around five in the evening, I think of all that went wrong. We were once so happy together, but not for long. So lock me in and out of my life"). When he sings that refrain, "out of my life," at the track's end, you get the feeling that he's not talking about the weekend he just wasted. No, he's talking about his ex.

"Another Weekend" is a reminder of what's so great about Ariel Pink: he's never boring. His music is exactly what art-pop should be. It's catchy and well-written, but also interesting to listen to. Hopefully, Ariel Pink's next album will sound as fantastic as "Another Weekend," because this is a track that's going to stick in your head for a long time after you listen to it.

Zion UCC Hymn Sing to feature sounds of 1897 Moller Pipe Organ – The Shippensburg News-Chronicle

Posted: at 1:44 pm

The sound of music will fill the air in Hopewell Township this weekend as members and friends of Zion United Church of Christ gather for a Hymn Sing featuring the sounds of the churchs historic pipe organ.

The organ was built and installed in the church in 1897 at a price of $600; a sum that would have equated to $16,000 in todays economy. Built by the Moller Pipe Organ Co. in Hagerstown, Maryland, the magnificent piece of work is numbered 198 out of 11,000 made by Moller in the companys 107-year existence.

Church member Eugene Smith said the organ is known as a tracker action type model, one where the keyboard is linked with wooden rods and connectors to the pipe chest, which then mechanically produces the sound. Its a beautiful organ and one that is intricate in its design, Smith said. Were very blessed to have such a wonderful sounding piece of history in the church. He said although the Moller Co. installed hundreds of these types of organs, Zion Church is known to have the only organ still in operation in central Pennsylvania. The Moller Organ Co. was in business from 1885 until 1992. Zion Church is fortunate enough to have kept in contact with one of the technicians from the Moller Co., who services the organ for them when needed.

Sundays Hymn Sing, which will begin at 3 p.m., will include old favorites combined with selections chosen by organist Sharon Weaver. Weaver has been the organist at Zion for the past 42 years and has no plans of stepping down anytime soon.

This is the church I grew up in, and I began playing the organ while I was still in high school alongside Clyde Whistler, she said.

Whistler was the previous organist who occupied the bench since the early 1930s. Weaver said she loves playing the old organ.

I really do enjoy playing the organ. Its very relaxing to me, it makes beautiful music and I really have fun while Im playing. I guess you could say its like therapy for me, too, because if Im having a bad day I can come in and play up a storm and all the stress just goes away.

Zion Church is an historic structure in and of itself. The original church was built in 1799. The existing church was built in 1858 and remodeled in 1882. It was an active place of worship up until 1938. From 1938-56, the church was used for special occasions and /or services in the area. Current church members and others reopened the church in 1956 and it has been a place of worship ever since. The membership isnt quite what it used to be, but a faithful group of members maintain the property and keep the church going. The average attendance is anywhere between 25 and 35 each Sunday.

The eldest member of the church recently turned 90. Pastor Mary Jane King has served the congregation since 2010.

Weaver said shes looking forward to Sundays event.

Im excited to play the organ and share its beautiful music with the community. I really enjoy playing for people and seeing everyone sing along. Its a good time for everyone!

Sundays Hymn Sing starts at 3 p.m., and will be followed with refreshments and a time of fellowship. Weaver encourages everyone around the community to come out and enjoy an afternoon of beautiful music! A free-will offering will be taken for the organ fund.

Zion United Church of Christ is located at 20 Zion Road, outside of Newburg, just off of Route 997. For more information about the church and/or Sundays event, call Weaver at (717) 532-8458, Eugene Smith at (717) 713-6153, or Charlie Dickinson at (717) 658-2986.

Does Your Dog Really Need to Eat Organic Food? – POPSUGAR

As health-conscious humans, we're constantly sifting through the research about whether organic food is better. And as pet parents, we always want to put the best in our pups' bowls. But does organic matter as much for dogs, or is it just another marketing ploy? After doing a lot of digging, I discovered that it's often not all it's cracked up to be for pups. Here's what you need to know before buying:

"Organic" dog food is not well regulated One of the biggest issues with buying your pup organic is that, unlike for human food, there aren't great standards in place: the USDA has yet to define "organic" as it applies to pet foods, so the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) sets the standards for the National Organic Program (NOP), and the individual states are supposed to regulate them

An "organic dog food" label can be misleading Technically, the NOP mandates that if companies want the coveted organic seal on the food, at least 95 percent of the food must be organic by weight. Labels can say they're "made with organic ingredients" if at least 70 percent of the ingredients are organic. Here's where it gets tricky: pet food companies can say they're organic even when their food doesn't contain organic ingredients because no agency requires proof of the pet food health claims.

It may be "organic," but still not healthy Unfortunately, being "organic" does not guarantee that food is good for your pup: Even if what you buy does contain organic ingredients, they may have been heavily processed in order to make the food shelf stable (thus stripping them of their nutritional value.) Plus, according to Greg Aldrich, PhD, research associate professor and pet food program coordinator at Kansas State University, it's difficult to secure the raw ingredients to produce a truly organic pet food within the framework of the AAFCO guidelines. So the food may be organic, but not nutritionally complete.

You may be paying more unnecessarily The word "organic" is often used to increase the seeming value of the food (and to charge you more!). But because the commercial dog food category is still lacking in strict regulations, there are some organic brands that are using chemicals and preservatives in their food. Others will slap on an organic label without being completely honest about their ingredients. So you might be paying more for food that isn't worth it.

Organic ingredients aren't necessarily better for dogs "There is no documented positive, nutritional, health, or safety benefits to organic," Aldrich says. There have been studies about the pros and cons of grains, raw food, and specific ingredients, but research on organic ingredients in a dog's diet is surprisingly lacking. So we really don't know they could be healthier for pups or they could be the same. What we do know? The most important thing is that your dog eat a healthy diet made with real, high-quality ingredients that are nutritionally balanced. Think about it: Would you rather eat organic gummi bears or a fresh salad with ingredients that aren't all organic? Exactly.
