Meet The Queer Buddhist Life Coach Encouraging Your Kids To Hide Their Sexuality From You – Daily Caller
Posted: December 31, 2023 at 2:45 am
Jeffrey Marsh, a Buddhist gender-bending life-coach who identifies as non-binary, has made a career of encouraging LGBT social media users to go no-contact with parents.
Marsh has been making videos on Vine and other social media sites since at least 2014 as a time machine so he can speak to his 10-year-old self back in Pennsylvania on the farm. Marshs brand of LGBT activism has its roots in Zen Buddhism, which he says he adopted after struggling with his self-identity as both gay and Christian.
Which, as Ive come to find out, there are a lot of 10-year-old mes around. They are a way to bring healing to everybody, including me, he told Diggin 2014.
Marshs videos came under fire after some circulated of the influencer urging LGBT viewers to go no-contact with their parents.
Your parents screwed up. Its okay to say so, Marsh says in one video. Thats why I made a Patreon, so that we could talk about it, so that we could connect in a way that has more privacy, so that we could talk to each other in a way thats more open, stuff that we wouldnt share in the comments of a video like this.
As of this writing, Marshs Patreon and life-coaching services are only available to individuals 18-years-old and older. But Marshs videos have routinely been addressed to children, with the influencer beginning many of his videos with hey, kids! After the controversy, Marshs videos are not as clearly addressed to children specifically, but he still harps on the theme of going no-contact with non-affirming parents.
Going no-contact will feel worse, I cant lie to you, Marsh said in a recent video. If you go no-contact the rules change, youre unmoored, theres no sense of safety and sense of place because the rules change.
In another video, Marsh asks parents to hand over the phone to the kids, so he can discuss his non-binary identity with them.
Sometimes humans are more than boy or girl, he tells the kids. Sometimes were something else, sometimes we kind of float and sometimes were a boy, sometimes were a girl. Because human beings are creatures, and were wild and exciting.
TikTok creator Shumirun Nessa, who goes by the username The Real Overload Comedy, went viral in March for her videos blasting Marsh.
Stop telling kids to go on your Patreon and chat to you privately without their parents knowing! Nessa said in a video.
After beingdoxxed, threatened and harassed for her views, Nessa defended herself by posting more videos from Marshs Patreon. In one, he announces that he is going to tell a story about Jeff and I having sex.
Hi, beautiful, if you do not have a family that loves you, Im going to be your family, he says in another.
Similar to controversial transgender social media celebrity Dylan Mulvaney, Marsh has come under fire for accepting a brand deal from a company typically marketed to women. Marsh, a biological man, took on a brand deal with a menstrual product company in 2020.
Trans men have periods. Women and nonbinary people have periods. *Periods are for people*, Marsh wrote in a caption to an Instagram post. (RELATED:EXCLUSIVE: Districts LGBTQ Lesson Plans For Kindergarteners Include Resources From Pro-Sex Change Organization)
After the advertisement resurfaced, Marsh addressed the controversy in December 2022.
I made the video.so that people who menstruate would feel less stigmatized because to cis men, lets face it, menstruation is seen as gross, disgusting, a joke, Marsh said in the video. And as someone who does not menstruate Im nonbinary, I dont menstruate I wanted to help end that stigma if I could.
For speaking events, Marsh can be booked live for as much as $20,000 and virtually for as much as $10,000. Individuals can sign up for Marshs life coaching for $49 for a 15 minute tea time session. One Substack user said he was swindled out of $1,000 after signing up for Marshs services and never actually receiving life coaching from the influencer.
Frankly, I trusted Jeffrey Marsh just because of their sweet personality, and the fact that they had been endorsed by Oprah Winfrey herself, the Substack writer says.

Life Coach Reveals 6 Harsh Reasons You Keep Attracting Toxic Relationships – YourTango
Posted: at 2:45 am
You've read every relationship and dating advice there is and you thought you had them down to a T. But, for some reason, you always find yourself in toxic relationships.
So, you say to yourself, "Why is this happening to me? Why do I always attract toxic people that hurt me?"
It's very important to realize that nothing ever just happens to us. We create it with our own choices, and that includes choosing to be in a toxic relationship and ignoring the signs of an unhealthy relationship.
If you want that aspect to change, you also have to make a few changes tostop toxic people from coming into your life.
RELATED:15 Glaring Signs You're Attracting Unhealthy Love & And How To Change Your Patterns
Do you put yourself down? Are you hard on yourself? Are you hurting or neglecting yourself?
If so, you will attract more of that negativity. It's important to treat yourself right and know your value so you will attract others who value you as well.
Do you not speak up when someone says or does something you don't like and just let it happen? Are you staying in a job or another situation you hate?
We are whole beings so choices we make in one area of our life will carry over into other areas. So many people tell themselves that they have to stay in a bad situation but no one tells them that they don't have to.
There is always something you can do to start getting yourself out of it and into something better for you. The key is you have to take some new actions to get there. That can be scary and it's the reason why so many people stay miserable but, in the end, it's always worth the effort.

When you sacrifice yourself, you will attract people that you will need to sacrifice yourself for.
How you love and respect yourself will be directly reflected in how others will treat you. If you don't treat yourself well, no one else will either.
Show who you are, don't hide it. If you hide who you are and put on a front you will only attract people that align with who you are pretending to be which will never be right for you.

Face your issues and fully deal with your past so you can move forward. Anything not fully processed and dealt with will hold you back and hinder attracting the right people to you.
You can never move forward if you are still in the past. Until you deal with your past, similar situations will keep repeating in your life over and over until you finally do deal with it so the sooner the better. Of course, it can be hard to face these things but it ends up being more painful in the long run if we don't.
Always focus on the energy of your choices. If you make choices out of sacrifice you will get more sacrifice in your life. If you make choices out of love and for yourself you will get more love.
Every choice we make has a consequence so focus on making choices that result in good consequences!

Life Coach Reveals The 5 Less-Obvious Ways To Attract Genuine Love – YourTango
Posted: at 2:45 am
There is plenty of dating advice out there but if you want to specifically know how to find love and attract a potential relationship in your life, you need to know if you're doing the right thing.
Ask yourself: Are your actions attracting love or blocking it from your life?
The Law of Attraction states that we all have "the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on." So, if you're attracted to a person and want them to feel the same way, you can.
However, finding love requires some inner work.
RELATED:3 Simple Ways To Attract Your Dream Man Using The Law Of Attraction
This may seem cliche but it is so important when you're dating and looking for love. If you don't love yourself orare always putting yourself down, you will only attract those whowon't truly love you and who will also put you down.
How you treat yourself will be directly reflected in who you attract to you. Learn to admire yourself and be confident! Be in love with yourself!
Don't compare yourself to others love your amazing qualities! Confidence attracts love. Think about it, do you want someone who is insecure and down on themselves all the time? No, you want someone who is confident! If you aren't confident in yourself, no one else can be either!
Work through any insecurities you have and know that you are exactly who you should be. Love is attracted to fun and confidence. Let down the walls you have built up, love yourself, and have some fun!
RELATED:10 Things You're Doing Because You're Finally Starting To Love Yourself
Unfortunately, love only comes when you least expect it and aren't looking for it. When you are desperately looking for love, an energy of desperation comes through and that can never attract love.
Focus on finding happiness within yourself first and put your energy into that instead. Happiness can only be found within yourself.
You cannot be holding on to an ex or be stuck in the past and expect to also move forward with love. So really look back and be sure you have fully moved forward. Work through and close any past chapters so you can be free to move forward.
You can never move forward if part of you is still stuck in the past. Look into all areas of your past, not just relationships.
Are there emotions you haven't dealt with and things you haven't faced yet? Focus on settling those things so you can free yourself up for love!
Holding onto the past only takes up the space where lovegoes. Empty that space so you are ready for love!
RELATED:How To Let Go Of Past Relationship Trauma So You Can Be Vulnerable & Find New Love
Be yourself! Let your true self be free! Hiding or being secretive can never attract true love. That only attracts more secretiveness and attracts those who can't be attracted to your true self which always ends badly.
Always speak up and say how you feel, never push anything under the rug or ignore any red flags. You must be your authentic self to attract authentic love.
Don't ever go into a relationshipthinking you need to be saved. To find love, you need to be whole in yourself first then love is the cherry on top.
Looking for someone to save you will only turn into an unbalanced and unhealthy relationship. Remember only you can save yourself no one else can do that for you.
These dating tips may sound simple but they require your full attention and effort. And when you've done them, you're finally ready to love and attract the right person to your life.

Ask the Life Coach: The Power of Regrets | Ask the Life Coach – coastalbreezenews.com
Posted: December 23, 2023 at 2:47 am
Dear Regretful,
Regret expert and author, Daniel Pink writes, The power of regret comes from looking backward, and forward (to opportunities). People should use regrets to their advantage by seeing them as a reverse negative of the thingsthey value most.
If only I'd done the work = a value of stability
If only I'd taken the risk = a value of growth
If only I'd done the right thing = a value of goodness
If only I'd reached out = a value of love
Sound familiar? I think Mr. Pink has an interesting perspective around determining values.
Heres more from Pink. Using psychology research and data from both his American Regret Project and World Regret Survey, Pink discoveredfour core categories of human regret and included them in his book,The Power of Regret,How Looking Backward Moves Us Forward.
1. Foundation regrets - the regrets that rock our need for a level of stability like failure to be responsible, conscientious, or prudent.
2. Boldness regrets - As we age, we often regret the chances we didnt take more than the chances we did. Opportunities like travel, lost love, or career advancement/change.
3. Moral regrets - These are low road decisions that we now painfully regret. Cheating, bullying, deceiving persons we care about.
4. Connection regrets - Connection regrets arise when we neglect the people who have helped to establish our sense of wholeness. People who give/gave our lives purpose.
According to experts, having regrets for those things youve done and not done is common. Im not an expert on regret but, as a Life Coach, Id suggest you take action in order to move past your regrets.
- Make the call or visit and settle your differences.
- Challenge yourself to complete your bucket list or try something youve been wanting to do but have been unwilling to take the chance.
- Ask for forgiveness (from the person and/or from yourself and/or from God).
Make a vow that the wrong will not be repeated. Jesus said, You are forgiven, now go and sin no more. If youre not a religious person (or even if you are), you might want to talk to a counselor or a trusted person to whom you can confess. Then, let it go! Put the regret behind you and, as you state in your email, go live freely in the present.

Life coach reveals five warning signs to help you spot a NARCISSIST – and the VERY sneaky tactics they use to – Daily Mail
Posted: at 2:47 am
By Kelsi Karruli For Dailymail.Com 22:24 21 Dec 2023, updated 13:59 22 Dec 2023
A life coach has shared the five signs that will help you spot a narcissist during an argument - and what they made to make you look like the bad guy.
Mark Fennell has been helping people transform their lives for over 20 years and he frequently shares his life-changing tips on his TikTok account, where he boasts over 65,000 followers.
Throughout his time as an Ireland-based mentor, he came across his fair share of self-centered people and has issued a warning to viewers when dealing with them.
In a viral video, which has so far amassed over 7.2 million views, he shared the five indications that you're dealing with a narcissist.
He captioned the clip: 'How to spot a narcissist in an argument. My five signs they might be narcissistic.'
'I've been life coaching people for 20 years and I've seen my fair share of narcissistic behavior,' Mark said before jumping into the signals.
The first sign you're dealing with an egotistical person is if they always 'play victim.'
The life coach explained that narcissists never believe they are the 'cause of anything whatsoever.'
'They're always the victim and they will always play the victim card,' he added.
Moving on to the next key, Mark said narcissists refuse to take accountability for their actions and will 'deny' being at fault.
'Number two, denial. They will always deny everything and anything that points at them as being the cause, they will never take ownership and will never take responsibility, instead they will deny,' he noted.
Another sign that will point to someone being a narcissist is when they attempt to turn the conversation around on you.
'Number three, deflection. They will deflect away from themselves and suddenly, you'll find that the conversation is becoming about you and not about them,' he explained.
The fourth signal that you are in an argument with a narcissist is obvious when they begin to gaslight you.
Mark said: 'They will gaslight you, they will make you doubt how you perceive the situation, they'll say things like, "Oh it wasn't like that", or, "Oh I didn't mean it like this."
'They will make you doubt what you believed happened and how you recall what happened.'
Lastly, narcissists will become aggressive when they don't get what they want.
'When all four other options have failed, they will attack and become aggressive. This is to intimidate you and make you back off,' he said.
People flooded the comments section and praised the life coach for his advice.
One person said: 'They're exhausting.'
Someone else added: 'The true victim is never allowed to get their point across.'
Another user wrote: 'They are the victim or the star of every story!'
'Spot on,' someone else added.

Juwan Howard explains how being away from team impacted his view on life, coaching – On3.com
Posted: at 2:47 am
Juwan Howard returned to the Michigan bench as the head coach of the Wolverines following his recovery from heart surgery. This summer and leading up to that moment, Howard had a lot of time to reflect.
A lot has happened since then. The Wolverines are just 6-5 following a win over Eastern Michigan and Howard is under investigation for an alleged altercation at practice.
Well being away, I got a chance to reflect on it late at night, Howard said. Im awake and Im listening to the heart monitor Now, its taken me some time to get back to sleep. But one of the things I think about is basketball never leaves my mind. Ive always wondered like, Okay, well how can you have the growth mindset? What are some of the most important things that your team needs to help grow?
How can you challenge the staff like, what are some of the things that as a staff, how can we be the best version of ourselves for them? And those are the thoughts that I have, but then also, there are thoughts that I had in my mind like, Okay, if I want to continue this journey of basketball, I put my health first and I took my time during the process.
Having heart surgery really put everything into perspective for Howard on and off the court. He really processed all of his emotions.
Im not one to be really scared, Howard said. I had no idea what I was truly facing but to hear like, you know, open heart surgery. I was like, Okay, well bring it on. Theres another situation Ive dealt with, you know what? I cant run from it.
So this is what it is. And thats the athlete mentality that I have. Not knowing that surgery. I had never had serious surgery before. playing in the NBA or playing in college with the three broken noses. But to have open heart surgery, that surgery was over. I was like, Whoa, I felt like I got hit by a Mack truck. And it took some time.
Howard knew that he had to take a different approach, but you werent going to remove the athlete or coach out of him.
Im going to, of course, put my head down and be in a puddle and just feel sorry for myself or Im gonna toughen up, roll up my sleeves and say you know what, there is no time, Howard said. Lets figure out how to get out there.

In addition to being an actor with an impressive resume filled with award-winning TV productions, Nozuko Ncayiyane has added life coaching to the list.
She started her journey wanting to merge teaching and acting.
While the wellness space is filled with turmeric recipes, fitness junkies, and all the buzzwords that come with taking care of oneself, she instead went into a space where she could mentor young women and help them find their purpose.
Speaking to News24,the actor said pursuing life coaching was an organic decision.
In 2022, shejuggled her studies at Subconscious Frequency Academy with the demands of being an actor in Diep City.
"I've always known that I like teaching; hence, when I got to Skeem Saam, I was studying teaching, but I've never really understood how I [can] merge teaching and acting. I then thought it would be lovely to do facilitating or life coaching so that I still get to exercise my passion for teaching. For years, I just started manifesting ideas of doing life coaching until I heard about subconscious frequency, an educational platform where they teach you to become a life coach. I did the course for three months, and then I got the certificate; I got certified to be a life coach to give guidance and mentorship."
The wellness business applies to everyone; life coaching [I have] been able to merge teaching and acting but also consciousness, awakening people and teaching them about who they are and finding their purpose. So, that is the kind of work I do mostly with young women to give guidance and mentorship.
Feeling a lot of joy
Reflecting on this year and all her milestones, Ncayiyane said the chapter she is in is one where she is whole.
"I'm feeling a lot of joy. I am exactly where I need to be. However, there are some things that I've always known: that I will be here.
"It has always been inside of me. I've had doubts and doubted a lot throughout the years. And I can only say that now I'm at a point where I feel like I am where I need to be, and like I was supposed to be an actor and that I am an actor. I didn't even believe for years that I was an actor and that I could act."

Who is Jeffrey Leigh-Jones and what happened to him?… – The US Sun
Posted: April 6, 2023 at 12:10 am
JEFFREY Leigh-Jones was planning a trip to the South Pole when he stumbled across a life coaching and mentoring organisation.
However, his involvement in the group ruined his life, and caused his girlfriend to get in contact with the BBC in a desperate attempt to find answers. Here's what we know.
Jeffrey Leigh-Jones, from Portsmouth, signed up to the life coaching group Lighthouse.
He believed having a mentor would help him to become more disciplined, as he was planning a solo hike to the South Pole.
His life spiralled out of control and he spent huge sums of money during his involvement with the group.
The group was set up in 2012 by British businessman Paul Waugh.
Jeffrey ended up selling his house, and invested 131,000 into the organisation.
This included giving 25,000 to the group in order to have closer involvement with them.
He also became increasingly isolated from his family, spending most of his time on secretive phone calls.
His girlfriend Dawn overheard part of one conversation, where he was told to choose between the group and her.
Jeffrey is no longer a member of Lighthouse, crediting a trip to see his father in the US as the point at which started seeing things differently.
After he said he wanted to leave, Waugh attempted to keep him hooked by sending a number of messages.
He tried to convince Jeffrey the return on his investment could take up to two years.
Jeffrey asked for a refund but the group said it would be stepping up investigations into him and his girlfriend.
It even went as far as contacting Dawn's workplace, claiming she was a dangerous internet troll.
A Very British Cult aired on BBC Three at 9pm on April 5, 2023.
It will air again on April 6, 2023, on BBC One at 11.25pm.
Those who miss the episode can watch it on BBC iPlayer.

New Sparkman football coach Ronnie Watson aims to connect with players for life – AL.com
Posted: at 12:10 am
Ronnie Watson had a successful career in business, but his heart wasnt in it. The Buckhorn Class of 96 football and baseball player knew that he wanted to get back on the playing field as a teacher of student-athletes.
That dream came true when he became a volunteer football coach at Sparkman for the freshman team. Id leave my job at 2 oclock to get to practice, Watson said. I was also traveling a lot for business, but Id never miss a game. Id sometimes have to fly in for a game. I was working, going to school and (coaching) just to have the opportunity to do this. My wife thought I was crazy because I got to work at 2 in the morning sometimes just to get things done so Id have time for football.
Watsons dedication paid off. He was named the new head football coach at Sparkman High last month, culminating his 14 years with the program and eighth year as a full-time employee. He replaces Laron White, who retired after the 2022 season with a 34-30 record in six years in Harvest.
He completely changed the paradigm when he got here, Watson said. I want to continue building and growing off of that.
Watson, who has been the Senators head wrestling coach for the past eight years where he led the girls squad to a state title this season, said he intends to bring the four pillars he built his wrestling program on to the football team. Its R.A.R.E., he said. That stands for Respect, Aggressive, Resilience and Excellence. If we do that, were going to be doing the right things. Its not just to make them better on the football field, but to be better going through life. Its bigger than just the sport.
We have to teach life lessons for after they graduate, Watson said, thats the focus what happens after graduation. When does the coaching process stop? It doesnt. After graduation, youre supporting and backing these guys the rest of their life. Any coach worth anything knows it doesnt stop.
Watson worked with four Sparkman head coaches Roger Haynes, Timothy Gillespie, Chris Cagle and White. He became the middle linebackers coach for Gillespie and was director of football operations for Cagle. He was named defensive coordinator in Whites second year 2018.
His first defense gave up just 16.8 points per game and three of the past four Senators teams allowed fewer than 20 points a game.
Ive been doing a little bit of everything, the 45-year-old coach said. Ive done coaching stuff, administrative stuff and for the past eight years I was the head wrestling coach.
We have to get better on the little things. Im going to make sure were doing things to best prepare the kids so we can outwork teams in the fourth quarter, to have that mentality that well be able to grind in the fourth quarter. If youre tired, you cant think and execute. I want everybody to come together, and I want that Excellence part at the end of R.A.R.E.
Watson said he retired from the business world to pursue his dream after he made one realization.
I had always known in my heart I wanted to get into teaching and coaching, he said, but it was just in business the money was so good. As I got older, I found out that money is not the most important thing. Ive known since my wife and I first got married and I said to her that was what I really wanted to do. It took a few years for me to get my head on straight and do what the good Lord wanted me to do.
From a young age, I was breaking down football games. When I played, I was not the best player on the field, but I was the smartest.
At Sparkmans Ninth Grade School, Watson teaches AP World History and Honors History. Hes not certain if hell continue there or move to the high school next fall.
The Senators begin spring drills on April 25 and will finish with a game at Hueytown on May 12.
