Life Coaching Tip of the Week-January 14, 2013: Fake it Till You Make It
In this week #39;s tip, Dr. Lisabeth Medlock of Life by Design Coaching talks about how changing your body language, clothing and other outward characteristics causes changes in how you are percieved by others which then causes changes to how you perceive yourself. When you are trying to change and grow it is OK to fake it by changing things outwardly and trying on new characters or personas because after a while they can change how you think and behave.
