EPISODE SYNOPSIS: The Clemente Brothers have both worked as FBI Agents, Police investigators, and currently write and consult for television. GUEST BIOS: From 1998 until his retirement in October 2009, Jim Clemente was a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI #39;s Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico, Virginia. He has undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Philosophy as well as a JD from Fordham University School of Law. Clemente was stationed in Guantanamo to consult on interrogation methods and the development of an interrogation plan, but took a public stand against the tactics, saying they violated the US Torture Statute. Clemente is now a Consultant/Writer/Producer for Network Television and Feature Films for the television program "Criminal Minds." He is a nationally recognized expert in the fields of Sex Crimes Investigations, Sex Offender Behavior, Child Sexual Victimization, and Child Pornography. As an FBI Special Agent Tim Clemente worked as a counter-terrorism and tactical operations expert around the world, specializing in Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East, and Africa. In Memory of Carrie and Karen
A tribute to two beautiful souls. Carrie Danver (1943-2010) and her life-partner Karen Humes (1946-2012). Carrie taught at the Clearfield High School and Karen taught and coached at the Curwensville School District. They owned and operated Danver #39;s Greenhouse for 30 years prior to their retirement in 2008. I actually did not know them well but I did purchase flowers there and appreciated their helpful and friendly ways. I made this video at their greenhouse a few years ago for another reason but tonight I found the real purpose of my effort . I am very happy to be the person paying tribute to these women for their efforts and courage. In China, the retirement age is 55, and many of the Beijing #39;senior local people #39; as our guide referred to them would gather in the afternoons in the gardens of the Temple of Heaven and play mahjong, checkers, cards and sing. Each portico corner we came around we #39;d discover another group singing, conducted by one chinese and accompanied by a variety of instruments. They loved being filmed, and encouraged me to do so, smiling happily. My guide John told me the song was about running through the green meadows.
