Cryptocurrency trader Larp von Trier is making waves in the crypto community by turning 0.1 ETH, worth $353, into a whopping $8.39 million. The portfolios value has risen by about 2376670.54% (2.3 million percent), or a gain of 23,770x.

The first token he purchased was Keyboard Cat (KEYCAT). At the time of purchase, the asset was online for only two days, with a market cap of just $2.2k. The trader bought 1.3 billion KEYCAT tokens, which amounted to 13.16% of the supply. The cryptocurrency trader sold 344.7 million KEYCAT tokens for 497 ETH, worth around $1.75 million, via two wallets.

The trader still holds 971.2 million KEYCAT, about 9.71% of the total supply, across six different wallets. As of now, the value of the holdings is about $6.6 million.

LookOnChain notes that Larp von Trier is also an Ethereum (ETH) gem hunter. However, the platform highlights that the cryptocurrency trader might not be making much money trading memecoin on the Ethereum network.

Keyboard Cat (KEYCAT) is a new cryptocurrency on the BASE network. The asset is currently up by 60.3% in the daily charts and 11.6% in the last hour.

Assets with small market caps, like KEYCAT, are plenty. However, such projects could fall victim to pump-and-dump schemes, leading to investors losing their investments. New investors should exercise caution while putting their money into such projects.

Why Ethereums new 2-year high should worry ETH holders like you – AMBCrypto News

Posted: March 25, 2024 at 2:38 am

without comments

Ethereum [ETH] net flows into crypto exchanges rallied to a two-year high this week amid the legal campaign to classify the leading altcoin as a security.

AMBCrypto previously reported that the US Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) had sent investigative subpoenas to U.S. companies, amongst which is the Swiss-based Ethereum Foundation, the non-profit entity that supports the network.

According to the report, the regulatory watchdog launched its investigation into the Ethereum Foundation after the Ethereum network transitioned from a Proof-of-Work consensus mechanism to a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) model in September 2022.

IntoTheBlocks data showed that ETH net flows into exchanges this week totaled $720 million. According to the data provider, the last time the coins weekly flow into exchanges was this high was in September 2022.

When an asset witnesses a rally in its net flow into exchanges, it generally indicates that its holders are moving their tokens onto trading platforms to sell for profit or hedge against further losses.

These inflows resulted in a minor uptick in ETHs exchange reserve during the period under review. According to CryptoQuants data, it increased by 1%. At press time, 14.2 million ETH valued at around $47 million were held across exchanges.

While the spike in ETHs inflow into exchanges this week was partly due to the SECs move against the Ethereum Foundation, it was also attributable to the general market decline recorded during that period.

Per CoinGeckos data, the global cryptocurrency market capitalization dropped by 4% in the past seven days due to the surge in coin sell-offs.

This weeks assessment of how profitable ETH transactions were, revealed significant bearish sentiments in the market.

ETHs Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) ratio plummeted by 22%, to be spotted at 90% at press time. Likewise, the daily ratio of ETHs transaction volume in profit to loss plunged to a low of 0.664.

A holistic consideration of these two key on-chain metrics presents a divergence. ETHs MVRV ratio of 90% suggests potential undervaluation, which could mean it is a good time to buy.

How much are1,10,100 ETHs worth today?

On the other hand, the 0.664 daily ratio of ETHs transaction volume in profit to loss showed that there are more investors who are selling their coins at a loss.

This divergence suggests that although ETH is currently undervalued, and now may be a good time to buy. Short-term sentiment among investors remains cautious or bearish. This is because investors are willing to sell at a loss rather than hold or buy more coins.

Top 3 Price Prediction Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple: BTC stuck under $65K ahead of FOMC – FXStreet

Posted: at 2:38 am

without comments

Bitcoin (BTC) price slipped below the $65,000 threshold on Tuesday, bringing down with it Ethereum (ETH) price as well as Ripple (XRP) price. Volatility levels have also increased, as markets await Wednesday Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) policy meeting.

Nevertheless, with expectations of an interest rate pause, and further interest rate hikes off the table, crypto market participants have reason to expect a rally in Bitcoin and altcoins. A pause would hint at the Fed taking a more accommodative stance toward the economy, potentially leading to increased risk appetite among investors, which would be bullish for crypto.

Also Read: Bitcoin price draws further away from its all-time high of $73,777 with BTC halving one month away

Bitcoin is the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, a virtual currency designed to serve as money. This form of payment cannot be controlled by any one person, group, or entity, which eliminates the need for third-party participation during financial transactions.

Altcoins are any cryptocurrency apart from Bitcoin, but some also regard Ethereum as a non-altcoin because it is from these two cryptocurrencies that forking happens. If this is true, then Litecoin is the first altcoin, forked from the Bitcoin protocol and, therefore, an improved version of it.

Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies designed to have a stable price, with their value backed by a reserve of the asset it represents. To achieve this, the value of any one stablecoin is pegged to a commodity or financial instrument, such as the US Dollar (USD), with its supply regulated by an algorithm or demand. The main goal of stablecoins is to provide an on/off-ramp for investors willing to trade and invest in cryptocurrencies. Stablecoins also allow investors to store value since cryptocurrencies, in general, are subject to volatility.

Bitcoin dominance is the ratio of Bitcoin's market capitalization to the total market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies combined. It provides a clear picture of Bitcoins interest among investors. A high BTC dominance typically happens before and during a bull run, in which investors resort to investing in relatively stable and high market capitalization cryptocurrency like Bitcoin. A drop in BTC dominance usually means that investors are moving their capital and/or profits to altcoins in a quest for higher returns, which usually triggers an explosion of altcoin rallies.

Bitcoin price has formed a Head-and-Shoulders pattern on the daily timeframe, forecasting a 12% drop if the technical formation plays out. The market is leaning towards the downside, with the Relative Strength Index (RSI) nose-diving to signify momentum is falling.

The Awesome Oscillator (AO) is also edging towards the mean level with its histogram bars flashing red. If the bears have their way, BTC price could drop into the weekly imbalance, stretching from $52,985 to $59,005.

BTC/USDT 1-day chart

On the other hand, if the bulls are able to flip the neckline of the Head-and-Shoulders pattern into support, Bitcoin price could extend north to negate the bearish thesis above the $69,000 threshold.

Also Read: Bitcoin price provides yet another lower buying opportunity 30 days to BTC halving

Ethereum price has slipped below the most critical Fibonacci retracement level, 61.8% at $3,365, with eyes now peeled on the 50% Fibonacci placeholder at $3,137.

With the RSI nose-diving below the mean level as momentum falls fast, coupled with the AO histogram bars drawing towards negative territory, Ethereum price could drop 10% to find inflection around $3,013 before ETH is attractive for buying.

ETH/USDT 1-day chart

Conversely, if the bulls increase their buying pressure at current levels, Ethereum price could pull north, breaching resistance due to the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement level of $3,691.

A flip of this roadblock into support would motivate the late bulls to buy ETH, with the ensuing buying pressure sending ETH price north to record a higher high above the peak of the market range at $4,105. This would constitute a 25% climb above current levels.

Also Read: Ethereum L2 bridge deposits skyrocket after Dencun Upgrade

Ripple price has recorded higher lows, while the RSI has produced lower lows, culminating in a potential weakening momentum or a trend reversal. It suggests the bullish momentum in XRP price is losing strength as the RSI is showing lower levels.

Increased selling pressure could see Ripple price descend below the ascending trendline, potentially going as low as $0.5500, or in a dire case, extend a leg lower to test the $0.5368 support level. This would constitute a drop of around 11% below current levels.

XRP/USDT 1-day chart

Conversely, a recovery by the bulls could see XRP price restore above the 50% Fibonacci placeholder at $0.6152. Enhanced buying pressure above this level could see the price confront the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level of 0.6460, where stiff resistance is expected.

Overcoming this level would be the signal the skeptics might need to come in en masse and push XRP price further north. This could send XRP price to the peak of the market range at $0.7457, denoting a 24% climb above current levels.

Victoria Beckham’s 16k wellness routine will leave you surprised – HELLO!

Posted: March 17, 2024 at 2:37 am

without comments

As a mother of four and the boss of a fashion powerhouse, Victoria Beckham's schedule is undoubtedly a packed-out one, so it's no surprise that the 49-year-old prioritises her health and fitness to keep at the top of her game.

The former Spice Girls singer has been vocal about how she stays in such great shape and her love of exercise. However, her overall wellness routine is less spoken about and she has a few surprising methods up her sleeve she enlists as part of her regime.

Whether it's working out in a gym that is surprisingly relatable despite her A-list status, or her bizarre beauty gadgets, Victoria's wellness game is more than varied. What's more, she even has surprising ways of elevating her routine at her and her husband David's stunning farmhouse mansion in the Cotswolds.

Victoria is passionate about health and wellness

Victoria's wellness spends all rack up to an impressive amount of more than 16,000 so we took a closer look

We love that when Victoria previously opened up about her daily exercise routine, she explained how it was equally important to her to view it as "me time" as well as a pastime that is going to keep her in shape the ideal attitude when considering overall wellbeing if you ask us.

Speaking with The Guardian, Victoria explained her exercise regime is her opportunity to focus on herself, and usually takes place first thing in the morning at her home in West London before taking her daughter Harper, 12, on the school run.

Specifically, the fashion designer hops on the treadmill to clear her head and prioritise alone time."For me, that's where I go in the morning, that's 'me' time.

Victoria sees her workouts as 'me time'

"It's not just about how it makes you look. It's how it makes you feel. It really gets me ready for the day. It clears my mind. It's also where I have lots of ideas. It's a time when I'm not on the phone, I'm not with the children, I'm not with David; I can literally just be left alone."

Another method for Victoria to bask in some alone time and focus on wellness is to spend some time in their at-home sauna.

The Beckhams spent an eye-watering 15,000 to install a sauna in the garden of their 12 million mansion in the Cotswolds, and it wouldn't look out of place at a luxury hotel and spa! So it's clear that Posh and Becks take wellbeing very seriously indeed.

While most of us folk only get to enjoy saunas at our local gym or health spa, Victoria gets to bask in the heat therapy after exercising her muscles from the comfort of her own home.

The Beckham's have their own sauna at their country home

We're yet to see Victoria post a photo of herself enjoying the sauna but her husband is a big fan! David has shared clips of him taking to the plunge pool which is a few steps away from the sauna, and we bet the ex-footballer likes to engage in hot-cold therapy by immediately jumping into the sauna after an ice bath.

Hot-cold therapy is an epic way to elevate your wellness game, and there are so many mental and physical benefits (read our full review on why, here).

Victoria is never without her sense of humour. The fashion and beauty guru posted a photo of herself enjoying an LED mask while relaxing at home in some seriously chic loungewear.

Although the photo sparked a mixed reaction from her followers due to the mask looking a little jarring, her effort for great skin actually has many benefits.

Victoria Beckham uses LED face masks regularly

Dr Leah Totton, former winner of BBC's The Apprentice and founder of Dr Leah Cosmetic Skin Clinics, told HELLO! about LED therapy: "LED stands for light-emitting diode, a non-invasive treatment that offers a range of clinically proven benefits for the skin. Each colour of light penetrates the skin at a different level, triggering specific responses."

The good news is, LED masks are suitable for all skin types and do not cause UV damage, so there's no harm in trying them out and channelling your inner Posh Spice. However, it's worth noting that a high-end LED mask from the premium market can set you back a cool 500 or more.

Victoria is fortunate enough to have personal trainers at her fingertips and often works out in the gyms in her multiple homes, but it seems Posh Spice at times likes to keep things more low-key.

Most recently, the star was photographed at Gold's Gym, an American chain of international fitness centres, in London close to the family's Holland Park mansion.

Victoria Beckham is passionate about exercise

Surprisingly, the gym offers a range of facilities and fitness amenities such as Zumba, Yoga, Group Cycling, Mixed Martial Arts, Muscle Endurance Training, and Pilates classes, all for just 32.99 per month.

Victoria often posts snaps of her in the gym lifting weights or pulling off low-intensity exercises such as lunges and squats. She's often joined by former England Football captain David, too, who also ensures to keep on top of his fitness game.

Free Cone Day originated in 1979 as a gesture of thanks from co-founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield to their community in Vermont, following a particularly harsh winter. The popular global event returned last year after a four-year hiatus and fans scooped up approximately 970,000 free ice cream cones.

This year, the company is challenging customers to beat its record by giving away one million free cones. Flavors vary by location and there is no limit to how many times you can hop back in line for a free cone. Were on it, Ben & Jerrys!

Ethereum Aims For $10000, Driven By 2 Key Factors, According To Experts – TradingView

Posted: March 9, 2024 at 2:39 am

without comments

Ethereum is emerging as the vanguard for a revolutionary financial system. Advocates of the second most valuable blockchain extol the virtues of smart contracts, envisioning a future marked by market transparency, tokenized funds, and expeditious settlement times.

At the time of writing, Ether was trading at $3,780, up 2% and 8% in the daily and weekly timeframes, data from Coingecko shows.

Ethereums Untapped Institutional Potential

Experts argue that Ethereum is yet to undergo its institutionalized hype cycle, lagging behind the fervor witnessed by Bitcoin.

Robby Greenfield, the visionary co-founder and CEO of Umoja Labs, foresees a significant uptick in institutional interest in Ethereum, particularly fueled by the impending Bitcoin halving and the cascading inflows from Bitcoin ETFs.

Greenfields bold prediction places Ethereum on a trajectory to narrow the gap with Bitcoins gains, asserting that the cryptocurrency could surpass the $10,000 milestone this year.

Institutional investors, he believes, will play a pivotal role in propelling Ethereum to new heights, bringing about a surge in buying pressure.

Regulatory Crossroads: The SECs Stance On Ethereum ETFs

While optimism runs high, the path to Ethereums ascendancy is not without regulatory hurdles.

The US Securities and Exchange Commission, led by Chair Gary Gensler, may adopt a cautious approach toward approving an Ethereum ETF, unlike the relatively smoother approval process witnessed with Bitcoin ETFs.

Genslers hesitance stems from a history where the SEC reluctantly gave the nod to Bitcoin ETFs after a legal battle with Grayscale.

The SEC is set to scrutinize Ethereum ETF applications, including those from financial giants BlackRock and Fidelity, in May.

Despite industry expectations, the approval odds vary, with Polymarket estimating a 43% likelihood and JPMorgan offering a more optimistic 50% chance.Ethereums Catalyst: The Dencun Upgrade

JPMorgan highlights a potential catalyst for Ethereums growththe Dencun upgrade. Crafted to enhance scalability by reducing costs for various rollup solutions, this upgrade facilitates the batching of crypto transactions into smaller data chunks settled on the Ethereum network.

Unlike Bitcoins programmed scarcity with a capped token supply of 21 million, Ethereums supply remains infinite, presenting a unique dynamic in the crypto landscape.

Eugene Cheung, Bybits head of institutions, underscores the positive implications of the Dencun upgrade for Ethereum supporters.

With layer 2 solutions built on top of Ethereum, the blockchain is evolving into a settlement layer for a novel digital infrastructure spanning gaming, trading, and investing.

In the eyes of some, the looming decision on Ethereum ETFs is just the opening act.

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas dismisses an Ethereum ETF as small potatoes, characterizing it as an underwhelming prelude to more substantial developments within the crypto sphere.

In an era where digital wellness and mental health are at the forefront of societal conversations, a pioneering collaboration emerges, promising to revolutionize how we approach mindfulness and meditation. Headspace, a leader in the digital health domain, renowned for its commitment to improving mental well-being through meditation and mindfulness, has joined forces with Meta, the tech giant behind the Quest virtual reality platform, to introduce an immersive meditation experience like no other. This partnership aims to harness the power of virtual reality to make meditation not only more engaging but also more accessible to a broader audience, offering a unique blend of technology and wellness that could potentially transform the landscape of mental health practices.

The product of this collaboration, Headspace XR, is more than just a meditation app; it's an invitation to explore mindfulness in a virtual reality setting. Designed to cater specifically to the Meta Quest VR headsets, Headspace XR offers users an array of meditation and mindfulness activities, ranging from tai chi-inspired movements to guided meditations and interactive relaxation games. With the aim of appealing particularly to Gen Z users, the app seeks to address the mental health needs of younger audiences by providing a platform that is both innovative and engaging. Sara Cohen, Vice President of Content Creation at Headspace, expressed the company's ambition for the app to make a significant positive impact on the mental well-being of its users, emphasizing the potential of virtual reality to enhance the meditation experience.

The launch of Headspace XR on the Meta Quest platform marks Headspace's foray into the realm of extended reality. The app is designed as a virtual playground, where users can delve into various activities such as breathing exercises, mood tracking, and one-on-one meditations. Features like the Moodstream with its colorful bubbles, the Boxy Treehouse, and the Energy Dome, among others, aim to make mindfulness practices not only more interactive but also more enjoyable. By gamifying relaxation and meditation, Headspace XR strives to encourage users to incorporate mindfulness into their daily routines, making it a habit rather than a chore. This approach also allows for social interaction within the app, offering users the opportunity to connect with friends in a serene virtual environment.

Available on Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro, Headspace XR is part of a broader mission to enhance access to mental health support on a global scale. Building on Headspace's already significant impact on over 100 million people across 200 countries and regions, this initiative represents a significant step forward in democratizing mental wellness. Unlike traditional meditation apps, Headspace XR is available for a one-time fee of $30, making it an accessible option for those looking to explore mindfulness without committing to a recurring subscription. With guidance from Headspace instructors Dora Kamau and Kessonga Giscombe, and set in metaverse-style environments, the app not only offers various meditation techniques but also introduces a community element to encourage consistent practice through engagement and social activities.
